I have now been very angrey when they take R4724.00 off my bank, I have cancelled this already and they just take my money without evan an email or a call, nothing, WHO GAVE THEM THE RIGHT AFTER I HAVE CANCELLED THIS LIKE 2 OR 3 MONTHS AGO. Who is going to pay my banking fees on this. Dis-Chem is the worst medical insurance I have every delt with. I want this sorted and they must pay my banking fees because I have all the conrrespondince from them where this have been cancelled. WHY? Now my bank is in a Minus R4724. Who do you think you are to debit without authority.
So I was a victim of *****, Automatically I was accused by Standard bank and my account needs to be closed, as per there ***** department. Currently We are busy with Police department as well as other people to track down the person who is responsible for this. I have asked Standard bank to please transfer the funds in my account so I can use it for petrol, there reply is No I HAVE TO GO IN TO THE BANK THEN THEY WILL CALL THE ***** DEPARTMENT TO RELEASE THE FUNDS AND THEN THE ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED. I don't understand why they just can't transfer the funds to my savings account with ABSA. Why am I to blame for another Idiot who has done ***** on my bank account. Now I am being flagged and I will never be able to have a Standard bank account. I think this is very unfair on how I have been treated. I want them to transfer my funds to my bank account that I use for my salary. But they are to focus on the fact that I have now been Falsely accused of *****. All the paper work is there that I had nothing to do with this, and that I am a victim of these cruel people. I don't understand why no one wants to help me.
Tuesday morning I phoned and cleared some funds the person said it will take 7 working days for the funds to be released, Now when I phoned the person said another 2 working days, I have explained that this is an emergency and I need the funds urgently. I will rather take my business all's ware as this is ridicules I have phoned and spoken to so many people I am done waiting now. I opened an account online, one of the people from Standard bank phoned me and we completed the application, I gave all new details. Now I phoned to get a Proof of Banking to give to my employer and they told me I have to go to the branch to get a Proof of Banking, because they can't change my email. but I did not give them the email they have on hand. Why am I wasting my time with this bank. 1st they close my bank account without warning 4 days before I received my salary. NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. WOW. Now they told me they have an old email I am not using and they just can't assist. WOW what a bank. Useless, I don't know why I am wasting my time seriously
This is the worst people to deal with. I app**** for a loan I was approved, I have a Rain Sim Card, I have emailed them I have tried to phone them. I did NOT GET MY MONEY, but hey they debited my bank. Now when you phone them you can't get through. I have emailed again this morning NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AT ALL. So I had no choice in 2024 to sequestrate my self as I could not keep up with my debt repayments, So Standard Bank decided to close my account on 21/05/2025 because of MY SEQUESTRATED STATUS. 4 Days before payday STANDARD BANK DECIDED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT with no communication to my self. How is this even legal. Al my debit order are on my account. I just had a call from the Lady from Standard bank that confirmed that Standard Bank decided to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION OR PHONE CALL, I will not stand for this ****
