No paid up lettes? The 1st consultant was so rude. What a waste of 30mins on a call. Both accounts are paid up and these fools still request proof of payment. I just want to make sure they don't debit me again. Consultants just stick to the script and don't bother to listen. I loved how automated the loan process was but now I'm not so sure.
Sjoe. Takealot has seriously lost the plot. So disappointed that prices are outrageously high, delivery just seems absolutely chaotic and everything forces you the that take allot more ****(as if the regular service is worth it now they want you to pay more for horrible service) just too much effort of late, I've noticed it get worse over the past two years but this is just not worth it anymore.
Mixed feelings here. Been using betway for over a year, excellent customer service managers, deposits have been a bit glitchy lately but work eventually, vouchers also have some occasional errors and errors communicating with your wallet during gaming. The overall is truly great, I've had some fair wins, though few and far between lol. My issue is the game payout on slots, I've played the exact same games and won so much more money! A malta based online casino literally paid back 97% of my deposits and legit big wins. Eg I once won 15k from an 800 rand deposit. Betway has taken allot more than I've won, to the Betway reply team, please don't bother with your take a break scripted response, we know there's a risk of losing when gambling but you really don't win much on this site. The Malta online casino ha shut down and the sister sites unfortunately do not allow customers from South Africa and that was the reason I joined Betway as a local casino you'd think it would be better. So players be extra careful regular online slots rtps etc don't seem to apply here and if you get a rare big win on the slots, take it and run! It seems like the more popular the site gets the less you win. Not sure how I feel about it yet but don't bet on getting much back and understand that you're more likely to lose than to win, play wisely!
I have recently found myself in a strained financial situation and Standard Bank has absolutely no urgency in terms of Debt Consolidation, I have been calling and have no updates, no response via mail, the same documents requested after being sent through multiple times, it is honestly such a frustrating process. Nothing seems to get done until matters are escalated and the group should be more sensitive and financial distress is already stressful enough without having to deal with rude consultants no no replies.
Not too sure about this one just yet. I will say, playing on international casinos have been much more lucrative for me personally, the RTPs are much higher, I've won larger amounts on the exact same slots, so yes, you may win on the slot but amounts I've bet on international online casinos versus the same amounts bet on this site, my win amounts were much higher and more frequent so I'm not sure how exactly RTPs and games are aligned on different platforms because the RTPs should not change based on the same providers right? I am fully aware that gambling is exactly that, a gamble, but I don't believe the slots are running on a fair RTP or the win amounts are just lower on betway. You also can't view the overall RTP online anywhere, you can view in some slots on the site when you access them though, but I personally have not won on the RTPs, which are theoretical and obviously vary per session, especially on the house games which seem to be forced on you for "jackpot races" so I'm not praising or dissing the system, just be mindful when you're betting. I would have rated one star because it honestly feels rigged, the extra star is merely for the deposit and withdrawal process and the overall layout. The slot's are glitchy as most people state and could certainly affect a players payout or wins, I have not had this experience personally.
I used to love online shopping with Takealot, not sure what's going on, the past few months everything seems to be deteriorating! The delivery dates are hardly accurate - products go from shipped to not shipped, available to out of stock and back in a matter of hours, the products are on the site and then disappear in a few hours, the service teams send replies that don't make sense, the collection of returns are with rude and/or delayed drivers. What is going on?? Please fix whatever it is you broke, we don't like it, it's not fun anymore!
Glad I saw the other reviews, SweepSouth and SureStart do not honor the provided cover, excuses for days, no payout and just an absolutely painfully long drawn out process. No only does SweepSouth wash their hands off any responsibility, they make note of the fact that claims are outsourced to a third party and then to make matters worse, SureStart then outsources to a third party. All three companies are a joke. Find your own helpers and if you really must use SweepSouth don't bother with cover as SureStart will find excuses not to pay out anyway. Horrible, pathetic service, I will not be utilizing any of their services ever again.

I've had mixed feelings about sweepsouth, I've had great experiences and sour experiences. It is now just aphualing and such a draining experience. I had an amazing Sweepstar cleaning the shower door and in an unfortunate accident, the door shattered and the SweepStar was injured. Fortunately there were no serious injuries, she was so apologetic and tried everything to assist, she even continued working! Of course, I advised she should recover and not worry about the damage as I was "covered" by SweepSouth and I'd contact them to assist. A week later, I have been running around for quotes to replace the custom shower glass door only for the claim to be "rejected" in terms of the household cover. Why provide the service if there is no intention of assisting when there is damage to property?! I have heard nothing from SweepSouth since the incident, this company has not assisted or supported neither me nor their SweepStar. I have wasted over 6 days of my own time trying to resolve an accidental damage to my property! The cost and time is so not worth the drama, if you need a helper, ask around and find someone from a trustworthy referral. SweepSouth was such a great initiative that I supported hands down. It has since become a liability and there is no "care" component left. Thanks for all the admin and drama I really didn't sign up for.
This is the third time I've burnt with their ********** service and false advertising. Takealot should really Stop advertising and charging clients for next day delivery if they have no intention of sticking to the dates. They charge for next day even though the product is "in stock" and when the delivery goes through they change to 3 or 4 business days later, how many clients pay the delivery and end up with no product?! They need to start refunding the delivery fee they plaster on at check out or start delivering the items as promised, all those little delivery amounts add up to a whole lot of profit.
