The company is a ****, they make you approve a debit check mandate and after that they debit your account without rendering the service. When you try to contact them they don't answer and you can't stop or reverse the debit order. They take your money for free.

I paid the deposit and they gave me an instalation day but never showed up and didn't bother to call or even respond to my calls, WhatsApps and email. I'm not sure if I will be able to get my money back or the service I paid for.</div>

The Reward scheme they are offering is just a scam. They automatically upgraded me to premium package for my anniversary reward for a month but made me to pay for it.
There is a lot of criminal activities happening in Auckland Park around the Kingsway residents at Uj and near the Yard complex where students are staying. Criminals are driving in cars and robbing students their belongings when they are descending from taxis or even going to Campus Square shopping center during the day. There are no police patrols, please assist.

I canceled with them the very same year I asked them to help me, which is 2016 after I saw they're not helping me settle my debts but taking a lot of money from me. I paid my debts myself and even paid them the money they said I owe them for canceling the contract but on my credit report still says that I applied for debt review and still in the process even after 5 years and I am only left with one debt out of the four I had.
My gate motor was damaged by rain and they sent an assessor who firstly told me that my motor was not the best brand and I have to give him extra money so he can get me a better brand, when I refuse he told me my motor was damaged due to wear and tear. To show he was not even sure of his assessment he took it to the manufacturer for further assessment but still rejected the claim. Standard bank agrees with him but still kept my motor with them. They must either return it or replace it, if returned it have to be returned to its original condition because he even broke the bolts when removing it.
