I took out a 24-month data-only contract with MTN for use purely as a second SIM for mobile data. From activation, I started receiving frequent voice calls and SMS intended for the previous number owner, including personal communications from people who clearly know them. I logged this with MTN Customer Care and specifically requested a network-level bar on incoming calls and SMS, as this is a data-only service and voice/SMS are not required. MTN repeatedly responded with generic explanations about recycled numbers and even provided instructions that only block outgoing calls, which does not address the issue at all. Despite multiple clarifications, MTN has failed to escalate this to technical support or provide a workable solution. The service is not fit for purpose, and the ongoing receipt of third-party communications raises POPIA concerns. I am requesting that MTN either disable all inbound voice calls and SMS on this SIM, or assign a non-recycled data-only number, at no cost. To date, MTN has simply avoided resolving the problem.e on data-only SIM
I have been trying to manage my upgrade with Mondo for the past 3 months. I have phoned numerous times, with their MTN side being offline almost every time. The phone I wanted was out of stock (not to their fault), but finally after switching my phone to another which I specifically asked that must be in stock, I was advised again via sms that the phone I want is out of stock. Again phoning - MTN being offline almost every day. The dealing with them has been frustrating and unfruitful. The online 'track our application' function also does not work. I will never again upgrade online - or via phonecalls received - as they say they are from MTN, but are actually phoning from Mondo to manage your MTN upgrade. I would rather go with MTN directly from this point forward.
I had such an awful dealing with Mondo and have been trying, to no avail to manage my upgrade for the past 3 months. Yesterday I phoned MTN directly and had the pleasure of being connected to Mamotse Mdhluli. She managed my upgrade, and personally phoned me this morning to ensure that my details are correct and that I am satisfied with what she is offering. Great service, great follow up. Keep up the good work Mamotse!
I found the FitChef website after searching around for vegan meals - as I wanted to try the lifestyle - without too much hassle. And was I impressed!!! The delivery was fast, the food fantastic and I will defintely consider recurring orders from them. I was concerned the portions are too small, but after actually starting to eat them, found them perfect for me. Will definitely recommend!

What a pleasure to deal with MrP online shopping!!! They made it clear that due to lockdown deliveries might take up to 3 weeks - but received my package within a week and a half. Delivered to my door. They communicated with me every step of the way and delivered their promises. This was not the first time I shopped online with MrP and I have received consistent great service from them. Thank you team, keep up the good work!
I have placed two online orders with Edgars beginning of May 2020. The first order I have no idea what the status is, as all my mails and calls go unanswered. The second order was notified as 'shipped' on 27/05/2020. The tracking number only shows 'out for delivery' with no further information. I have, to date, received no further feedback, or my parcel, and there is no way to trace any more information. The information available as well as the tracking is a disgrace as online shopping has grown so much! I ordered from other stores as well - same time - and even with warnings of delayed deliveries have already delivered!! Personally at this time I would prefer to cancel my order - but seeing multiple reviews I see refunds are almost impossible. I don't like complaining on public platforms - but this is honestly too difficult to manage any other way.

I made a booking through booking.com at 9h00 on 15 June 2019 for that evening. Upon arrival that evening at 16h00 we were informed that the establishment took personal bookings as well and the last room advertised (that we booked) as per Booking.com wasn't actually available. Obviously, that was quite a shock as almost all places in the area were fully booked. We managed however to find alternative accommodation by 17h00. I feel that the establishment could have let me know as there should have been a path of communication between them and booking.com once a booking is confirmed. It has happened before that I had made a booking this way and at latest an hour after my booking I would have received a call from the establishment saying unfortunately they are fully booked, they have let booking.com know. I contacted booking.com that Monday to convey my dissatisfaction with the situation and spoke to Anastasiya. She was extremely helpful and considerate. Prompt feedback was given, attention to the issue and all information was forwarded as promised. And I also received my refund as promised, sooner than expected. Booking.com is even willing to pay the difference in the accommodation fee that we had to pay extra due to the situation. Even though this was not the ideal situation and I was extremely irritated initially - I feel that booking.com rose to the problem and handled it extremely professionally and fast. I've made use of booking.com numerous times and will continue to do so! Thanks again for the great service!
