Unnecessary demands
I had to cancel my contract with Atlas in December since I was moving to a new house. My account was up to day,I did not have any outstanding amount since they were deducting straight from my account. To my surprise after that I received endless statement from them with outstanding payment and today I received a WhatsApp message from their lawyers,demanding a payment within 20 days or I'll be registered on credit bearou I'm so disappointed with them because I don't even know what the money they claim I owe them is it for.

Cash Build misleading adverti*****t.
I saw a tank combo special on Cash Build's catalogue,It was 2 tanks both green in colour, but different sizes. I went to the shop and paid,but to my surprise yesterday they only delivered the bigger one,I had to call and ask about the small tank,then I was told it will be delivered today. Today they brought a grey tank instead of green,and the manager told me that they get them like that from the supplier so there's nothing he can do. I'm not happy about that because now it seems as if their advert is misleading people. If I knew I was gonna receive different colour's I wouldn't have bought the combo instead I was going to buy only the big one because now it does not look nice. Also the one they delivered looks smaller than the one advertised,I doubt very much if it's the correct size.

Mr price registered my name on credit beaurou but after investigations it was later discovered that it was a *****ulent account. They took off my name from credit beaurou but not on safps,now I'm struggling due to that. I've been sending them emails almost every week requesting them to send a letter to SAFPS so that my name can be taken off their system.,but they do not respond at all This thing is now complicating my life because I can't buy a house due to that. She as soo professional and she made me feel like a valuable client. I am all smiles after they reduced my excess and monthly premium. MiWay is the best!

Mtn fraud
Mtn fraud department is a fraud itself. Someone opened an account using my details,and ever since I was made aware of this I'm not getting any help from MTN . I emailed affidavit stating what happened, I've been to their outlets and tickets were created but up until now I never received any call from them,all they do is to try to deduct money from my account every month. I called their fraud department endless times and no response. This account is now registered on my credit beaurou and I've never had an account with them.
