Its been 5weeks and still counting.we pay R599 for a 100mg line.Yet afrihost provide only 10mg maximum for 5weeks straight.They refuse to refund us.we have been on whatsapp chat accounts email customer service email and complaints email for 4 weeks daily YET THEY REFUSE TO ASSIST.they give random replies every 3 days but refuse to actualy look into the matter and provide what we pay them for.They have excuses for everything even though nothing is relevant.even now told me to confirm if the new simcard is working BUT THEY NEVER SENDED US A NEW SIMCARD.this company is commiting ***** as they keep on debiting our acc with R599 for 100mg line yet they provide only 10mg line.This matter has been ongoing none stop for 5 weeks straight.They even refuse to refund me after 5 weeks even though their ts and cs allows customers to submit a claim for this extend of failure to provide the paid for line.THEY ALSO REFUSE TO PROVIDE US WITH DIRECT EMAIL OR CONTACT NM TO A MANAGER FOR US TO SUBMIT THE NOTIFICATION OF OUR LEGAL CLAIM.THIS COMPANY IS IN BRIDGE OF THEIR OWN CONTRACT AND REFUSING INFO AND ASSISTANCE THAT SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE TO US BY LAW.
To the appointed manager and CEO of Afrihost. Im writing this email as I have been advised to do so by my legal team following appropriate steps according to my rights and your requirements. I have been a client of afrihost for almost 2 years and i am atmost dissapointed as the lack of service is esculating on a monthly basis.every 3 or so months a new problem occurs and you forse me to upgrade and pay more for no reason as my devices and equirements stays the same but you fail to provide proper connection. This last 4weeks has however been unexceptable and forced me to advise with a legal department as you are now in total breadge of contract and failing to provide service.This matter is causing loss of income for my small business,affecting my childrens online school exams and causing personal concerns. Its been 4 weeks straight now that i am only getting a 10mg line max,however I pay for a 100mg line.I have daily test results and documented daily downtime screenshots plus screenshots of all my complaints and other proof of this matter showing that I do not get service nor assistance from Afrihost.I have logged numerous tickets of wich 2 tickets is actualy still open after weeks and still getting zero assistance except unexceptable pathetic excuses.I have begged,cried,shouted,pleaded,followed every single useless suggestion made by your techs and still I only get 10mg.you deduct my account for R599 for 100mg line for 2months of wich you only provide 10mg for the past 4weeks.This is ***** and I will no longer except this kind of service . I am esculating this matter now via email to the appointed manager as to your customer service advisory and expect my 100mg line to be provided to me as I pay for before the end of the day of 5 November 2025 or I will be esculating it even further and lay an official complaint and claim to regulatory bodies such as and included with the independant communications authority of south africa and the national consumer commision. Proving the fact that willl force you every 3 months to upgrade and pay more,just to get more money.Just for the record,on my 100mg package,I run 4 cellphones,1 laptop,and 2 TVs streaming netflix.These devices NEVER even run together yet they telling me i reach my fair usage of over 500gb within 1 day.THESE PEOPLE ARE IN BRIDGE OF CONTRACT AND ONLY PROVIDING EXCUSES NOT RELEVANT TO COMPLAINT YET STILL TAKING CLIENTS FULL PAYMENTS. Very dissapointed as I have been trying to call for 2 days but not getting threw,the whatsapp line is robotic so nit helping at all.My package has been with fastway since 20 August,I paid my vat and duty on 21 Aug already,customs has been cleared and still no further update on tracking or delivery.its already the 26 Aug meaning its already 5 days since I paid my vat and duty.I have been waiting for this package since 2 Aug yet theres just uncountless delays since day 1.Now that its finaly in the country,fastway is just not delivering.this is extremely stressfull and dissapointing. If only I can leave 0 stars.After months with having trouble with Std bank,I decided to move my banking to another bank instead as the issues with Std bank just does not end.I have a prestige account wich I pay R250 monthly fees wich includes my credit card fees,for the past 3 months they take the R250 plus all of a sudden takes another r100 for my credit card so now i pay r350 excl eztra fees.Its absurd.So I mailed my personal banker and requested to CLOSE my prestige acc 3 weeks ago.on wich he rep**** and said he cannot close the account i need to go into a bank branch to close it.(so whats the point of having a personal banker then)never the less I paid the banking fees got the account on R0.00 and went into the branch,after sitting for an hour in the que i get informed by the consultant THAT SHE CANNOT CLOSE THE ACCOUNT I NEED TO CONTACT MY PERSONAL BANKER TO CLOSE IT PLUS I NEED TO PAY ALMOST R200 TO CLOSE IT.HOW *******IVE IS THAT?????SENDING ME FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER AND EVERY TIME BEING TOLD TO GO TO THE PREVIOUS PLACE PLUS EXPECTING ME TO ACTUALY PAY TO CLOSE IT.AS IF THEY ARE NOT ALREADY TAKING ALMOST R500 A MONTH FOR FEES ALREADY.its unexceptable.why must i pay you to close my aac????you did not pay me to open the acc did you????and sending me from here to there and now been struggling for 3 weeks to close 1 account and still you refuse to close it but taking more and more and more of my money?????i will take this matter further as its *********,and daylight roberrie
My package was received at fastway on 2 Aug.On 3 Aug tracking said "your parcel is on its way to delivery adress",on 5 Aug there were still no change and no delivery.I called JOburg depot and they confirmed package was loaded on 3 Aug to New castle depot to do delivery,so I called new castle depot and they say they did not receive it.Same day the agent on whatsapp confirmed delivery scheduled for 6 Aug.On 6 Aug I called new castle again to confirm delivery,but she says she did not receive it as yet.So I called JHb depit again,but they still say they loaded it onto truck and send it to New castle on 3 Aug.Thats been 4 days now in transit from depot to the next.The jhb depot say they dont have it since 3 Aug,and New castle say they did not receive as yet 6Aug.So it seems my package is lost in transit and nobody can tell me where exactly my package is,everyone just says they dont have it.So if nobody has it,and nobody knows where it is,then its lost.But nobody wants to assist me to find it.I paid the vat and duties on 2 Aug and now nobody knows where my package is for the past 4 days.How is this even possible.And how come nobody can assist me to locate it.This is very dissapointing
Very unsatisafied with this courier service.As a small business owner I rely on prompt deluveries when I order stock from suppliers.My supplier start using Bex a while ago,during that time I had 4 orders from the supplier that ships with Bex. The 1st package got picked up from Cape tiwn,shipped to Durban,stayed there for 4 days,then went to New Castle in KZN,stayed there for 2 days,then came for delivery to me in Piet Retief mpumalanga,but the package was delivered to a lical hardware shop and my adress on waybill. 2nd order got picked up in cape town,shipped to joburg,then delivered to me in PR mpumalanga. 3rd order Im still waiting for,it apparently gor missrouted and they only realized it after 4days just because I asked for an update.Even though im in PR mpumalanga,they shipped my package to George,then to Plettenberg bay,and its been sitting there still.and still waiting for any kind of feedback on my delivery as theres no respince on the email after they told me it aas missrouted.The package was needed urgently for my business market on Saturday,wich a small business owner would know that you actualy pay for your spot at the markets,yet now 1day before delivery date I get informed my package is still 1000km away from delivery adress and all my stock is in the package.This courier service as to now realy only dissapointed me and I dont think I can ever trust or recommend them to others as after 3 shipments its realy just dissapointing.
Realy dissapointed with the new courier you are using. With courier guy my Makro direct orders was ALWAYS delivered within 1 or 2 days,never waited this long for a delivery. Since 11 July my order has been ready for delivery and untill now 16 July still waiting.Its been with your new vallue courier since 14 July yet still not out for delivery even. This is very dissapointing as not even deliveries from your 3rd party orders takes this long to be delivered.You should consider switching back to Courier guy as this delay in delivery time is realy dissapointing. I phoned and emailed on Monday 14 July customer service,online support and even the Nelspruit branch and littarely begged if delivery can please take place by latest 17 July as I am in desperate need of the airbeds needed for the 17th for a family gathering,and I knew with previous orders and experience I can rely on Makro for faster delivery than Takealot,always within 1 or 2 days from Makro,but now it seems that it wont be delivered by the 17th and thats very dissapointing geniunly.The delivery was ALWAYS fast and reliable and now with the new courier they are using it gets delayed to the max.At this stage I might as well cancel my order and request a refund as if the items is not delivered by the 17th it would be of no use to me.
1st you apply for 100mg UNCAPPED wifi,just to be capped half way threw the month.wich means its NOT AN UNCAPPED LINE.then,you pay for a 100mg download and 50mg upload line yet you get at most 24mg download 6mg upload for the past 4 days and the assistance is USELESS.telling to test on .bet not this then test on .co.za not that ext ext even though ALL SITES TEST THE EXACT SAME,then they want to switch on off on off on off yet IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.the assistance is ABSELUTELY USELESS AND NONE EXISTANCE YET THEY DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT EVEN IF THEY DO NOT PROVIDE WHAT YOU PAY FOR.its been 4days and still nobody is assisting us except telling oh switch on switch off.........LEAVE YOUR CUP OF COFFEE AND ASSIST YOUR PAYING CLIENTS PROPERLY AND PROVIDE WHAT PEOPLE ARE PAYING YOU FOR.
I am fedup with this bank.They allow debit orders on my account that I did not approve,I have been paying for the past 3 months a fee to stop a debit order from finchoise as it was paid in full 3months ago ,yet they allow the debit order every minth again and again.PLUS THEY DO NOT ALLOW ME TO REVERSE THE DEBIT ORDER SO THEY ARE JUST ALLOWING RANDOM DEBITS TO TAKE MY MONEY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.THIS IS ABSELUTELY SHAMEFULL FOR A BANK
This company is *****ulant as its now 3 months that they are debiting my account WITHOUT PERMISSION.the account was PAID IN FULL 3 months ago already and the funeral cover was CANCELED 2MONTHS AGO as they were debiting INCORRECT AMOUNTS month after month.I have called them multiple times,emailed and even so far as to report them as ***** with my bank YET THEY STILL DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AND TAKE MY MONEY FOR ABSELUTE NO REASON.this is the most ******* people I have ever dealt with and will not reccomend them to anyone as they got there money IN FULL 3MONTHS AGO AND STILL TAKE MY MONEY EVERY SINGLE MONTH AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT BACK.
