Process was fast and easy to apply. After sales support was exceptional from Thandeka who called me back after my call dropped.
I ordered via ASAP but order was not delivered and no contact was made. When I called the call center I was advised there is nothing they can do as the store is closed.
My order HA009695594ZA shows ready for collection from the 12th of June but when I went to collect at branch they said the order is still I'm JHB. Very dissatisfied with services When I called customer service they said package was scanned in Jhb in May but was dispatched to Durban and the package "might be lost" The lady I spoke to promised to call me back but didn't. I need this package asap as my daughter is going to Prom next week Please advise when can will receive my order?

Good day, I have had it to the pits with you people, I escalated the monthly fee last month and yet again this month R110 was deducted from my account. There was then a further R120 card replacement fee that is reflecting. I want my money back. It's like you are trying purposely to annoy me and if that's the case it's working.

Good day. My name is Jabu a dissatisfied customer. I ordered at 11:52 but only received order at 13:33. The food was cold and driver called and asked me to come to him, I responded I can't since I'm working. I ordered mushrooms on my pizza but I guess you guys didn't see that. I have escalated issue to Debonairs on Monday via email and social media but no one has called.
