My son and I were recently admitted in this hospital, the sister in rose ward, was extremely horrible and rude, so I put in a complaint about her, and for a full month after our delivery, the complaint wasn’t attended to, I was the one calling and asking for updates that I constantly was told “still under investigation”. Imagine 2 days after your delivery then a nurse becomes extremely rude, and throwing things around, even telling you to call a specific manager, it’s like she knew there wouldn’t be any repercussions towards her actions, and indeed she was right. If the staff are allowed to treat paying patients like animals then I don’t know… many were nice, just that one rotten apple can tint the image.
I have had the worst experience ever with BMW rustenburg, Nkagiseng is the worst ever manager, or supervisor he wasn’t clear. He called to yell at me that the price that was given was a mistake for an offer for the car, that I didn’t make after struggling so much to get approval of the letter for the purchase from BMW SA finance. I’m a high risk pregnant lady who have been dismissed and my condition disregarded. This Nkagiseng said Gloria and Hein made a mistake about the pricing for the car but he calls to yell at me as if I was the one who made the mistake. Now because BMW SA finance has approved, he says he wasn’t aware of this. How is that my fault? Why should he insist on breaking my credit. Forcing my hand on a trade in when we agreed on a sell out? Utterly disappointed
I used to be so proud of owning a BMW car, and enjoyed having one, until recently. I cannot carry on owning one because of unseen circumstances, and returning it has been a disaster and half, from dealing with rude “supervisors” like Sina Ncube, to always having a “miscommunication” with the consultant in their department. What was supposed to be a dearly goodbye to BMW has now turned into an everyday frustration. It was a delay from signing the approval and acceptance letter, then still I must face rudeness and insults, from people who are supposed to be supervisors. A process that was started on the 27/02/25, has now still not been completed because of the delay first from bmw rustenburg then bmw finances. It’s so sad, that even after complaining via customer services email and call, I’m the one who still needs to call and get an update. Such ill-treatment would be expected if I had at any point of my journey with them, have given them problems, yet I have never, not even once, missed a payment, and now, sadly, I must endure such, after being loyal so many years(3 years and a half).
Just Property Potchefstroom are ****mers, I’m not the first they refusing to repay the deposit money. With mine they are making ridiculous invoices to renovate the house I was staying in. I have proof and they don’t. This agency is plain nonsense, please be careful guys. ****mers throughout. And the agent Ronel Ras is very violent. She almost hit me.
My name is Agnes Rink, my sons were admitted, on 2 different occasions, both had trouble with their admissions, both with trouble of the claims being processed. When I call it’s always a mission to talk to them, one can stay for over an hour on the phone with an answer, via the WhatsApp, they don’t even answer immediately and their consultant always refers you back to the landline, without any help. I’m so disappointed, it’s like I’m on a hospital plan, radiology(mere xray is not accounted for nor chemistry) every admission my sons had, only the stay was paid for, and only after a quarrel with them. I have soo much regret for taking this medical aid, the worst ever. Mind you, I have gap cover and I’ve never missed a payment.
Last year I got into a pothole on a rainy night,insured with Old mutual insure, they never picked up my calls at night,I was helped with BMW road assistance. Today I'm trying to get another car insurance because now they increasing their premiums with close to no cover at all. My broker tells me,that she can't get a good quote because I put in a claim,and my car was supposedly written off. Amount of R297k was released for my car. Let's start with the fact that they never assisted me with anything. I was stuck in vaal ,for a whole weekend,because I had to look for a tow truck to rustenburg because my Tyre is a scarce runflat. I paid for the tow truck to the garage because we were in the middle of nowhere. I finally got my Tyre for R3950. Got to Rustenburg took my car for check-up in BMW dealership,they said I needed a wheel alignment too. So I wonder which car was written off,and where did they take that money? I am done with this car insurance,quick to take debits,lousy on even a simple road assistance. Please do not,I repeat,DO NOT have your car insured by them,or anything for that matter🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
My name is Agnes Rink. July 2021 I bought a router online,then I received a home router instead of pocket router. So I was told that if I return it before 10 days of purchase, it will be canceled. So I returned the router the following day,after receiving it to the nearest MTN branch at that time in Matlosana Mall. I was given a reference number(IRMS 517503) and told to call the customer service with that number to have it canceled...I did,but they said it was canceled,next thing I see a debit. I called again said it will be canceled. It's been 10 months,I have been debited for something I don't have in my possession,and never used. I have emailed more than 10 times,calls I can't even mention, yet what I'm certain of is that they always mention that the calls are recorded,so evidence is there of what has been said to me. I have started reversing these debits,yet now it's affecting my credit score. So now I'm considering going to the Ombudsman Office,so this matter can be resolved legally. Yet I know that this service is ruining the Name of MTN company.
