The worst support on the planet. First you have to wait for office hours, then you have to CALL the only support number and wait for 30 minutes if you are lucky or, you have to use the chat option on the App whick is even more frustrating. Agents do not read what the problem is and give give any advice they think will help over a s l o www chat line. NO email address.NO ticket creating option. But when it comes to sales and orders then you spark. Customers pray every day they don't have to contact support :( You can learn a lot from other ISP's

I decided to order a (hopefully) decent salad from Pizza Perfect Meerensee since they were the most expensive at Mr D.I selected extra Avocado and Feta cheese. After delivery, we relised it was a plain green (cheap) salad, no Avo or Cheese added. I raised an issue with Mr D who said the restaurant will contact me. Never heard a word, and mr D said 3 days later they do not refund without pics. WILL NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA PERFECT AGAIN
Your Support is absolutely disgusting. I have been a subscriber with email got about 20 years, but even so, when I have a query or want to email support, there Is ZERO facility. I have to sit in queues on the phone, longer than the airtime I use in a month to talk to someone. Chat is just the same... waited for 30 minutes yedterday and I gave up. Can't even log a complain. All the facilities available are only to sell something? Order something or check an account!!! Pathetic!!!
At first I was skeptical, there are so many fake web sites too, but this is for real. Good prices for products not available locally. Delivered by Courier to your door! Thanks for the service!
I was reading the status of Game here, including the fact that their score is below 2 and they NEVER respond to issues reported here? Is THAT why the media reports Mass-mart/Game is in trouble, cause they simply do not care?? They seems so incompetent whether you visit the store or when you call to get product information - no-one to assist properly, or is it simply poor/non-existant staff training??!! Do their directors/management have ANY interest to listening to their customers??? SHOCKING!!
I was always proud to use and promote what FNB has to offer in terms of their online service and functionality, but today I was shocked when my credit card was blocked at 8am when I wanted to make a purchase, just to realize late yesterday they requested new FICA documents, and because I did not respond overnight and submitted all he required document, I am blocked without notice or warning and have complied my entire life to their requirements. What would someone do on leave or in a game reserve where there are zero facilities????? This is plain Stupid and without any consideration of their customer!!
Standard Bank is debiting my FNB account without my approval taking thousands from my account. When you call, you have to hold on for hours, because they are too busy to attend to issues!!
BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THEM... I ordered an inverter beginning February which they failed supply, and have been waiting since then for a refund. When the eventually DO reply to an email, you get a vague promise of a refund, then excuses why the refund will take time, but now going for 3 months, I am left with no other option to open a case of Fraud at the Police station, since they do not want to refund me. There is NO telephone number to contact them - only emails which seems to be ignored as long as it suites them!!
