Unhappy customer
Good day I was provided with RCS Jet Card Store. When I buy anything it declines. It's for the third time now. This card is up to date and it has no arrears. My customer's rights are being infringed.

Poor customer service
Truworths has a tendency of sending threatening or intimidating messages to customers reminding them to pay the following months installment even if you have paid the previous month installment.

Unacceptable service

Unhappy customer CT
Unhappy customer I would like to complain about this Mortein product. It is not user friendly. The lid becomes loose and the wrapper peels off while using it. I complained but and there was no response from the company. Kind regards RT Simelane

Poor service
They send thousands of messages of harassment for non payment of account. This account is paid up to date. They are busy nagging me of arrears which do not exist because they are not checking their records timeously.

Poor customer service
May you please intervene on my behalf. 21st Century Life was deducting a premium for my late mother in law who passed on in 1999. They refunded me in July 2022 through Hello Peter's intervention. I have requested 21st Century to send me the correct funeral policy contract which has no name of the deceased but a phone was dropped while I was enquiring. Please help me.

Poor taste.
Vuma fibre company was installing connection fibre for WiFi in my area. They dug my pavement and left it damaged. I have been tracing them telephonically for two years without any trace. I am asking for your intervention so that they can fix my damaged pavement.
