I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing delays in processing my third-party claim with Westwood Insurance. The incident occurred in December 2024, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any meaningful updates. The third party involved has confirmed that they paid the excess, but Westwood has stalled the claim process with no clear explanation. Initially, I was advised not to claim with my own insurance and assured that Westwood would handle the matter directly. Additionally, I was instructed to get two separate quotations for the repairs, which I did, but nothing has progressed since then. My attempts to get in touch with their claims department have been met with silence, and it's now been several months without resolution. I am deeply disappointed with their lack of communication and the unnecessary delays. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the Insurance Ombudsman and the National Consumer Commission. I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their service has been unprofessional and unresponsive.
Hair Kingdom Florida Road in Durban is a ****, They're selling hair yet They're brand it 100% Human hair, try to wash it, even Remi that you bought by R100 hair piece is so Original, Guys please warned, we used Loreal product to wash it and they said even the weave that cost R60 000 don't even last more than two years, when you are having a Query, they make you meet them at Chatsworth on a deserted warehouse, they used Black people as their front to their shop, those Indian ladies are such a ****, Please stay away from Hair Kingdom, their range is not GENUINE...
15th April 2024, we took our car to Cartime Hillcrest for a service, what happened during Lunch on the same day is that I received a call, saying my car is involved in Accident someone reversed to it, when I get there in the afternoon I was told not to worry they're going to fix it, they took our car for quotations, today is 13th June 2024 they still haven't fixed the Car, I am beginning to loose it, Cartime failed us Big time they don't even communicate about the Car you constantly have to pester them as if you're the one who inflicted damage on your own vehicle, Kindly advise me on what to do because I am fed up...
Our Bus was 11.30am they moved us to 7h30 am because of the load shedding we called telling them we will be late @ least by few minutes, yet at 7h32 we were there, we saw the bus leaving, I couldn't understand why we can't ask them for a few minutes delay yet they could move us from 11h30 bus, their service suck big time...

Intercape from Capetown to Durban, we had a bad experience with it, our bus was 11.30am they moved us to 7h30 am because of the load shedding we couldn't make it, they tell us that our tickets have been canceled.... I understand that people out there are only interested in business trust me this my last time using their facilities, Intercape sucks big time...
They send me the wrong order twice, I ordered the royal blue color and they keep on sending me the baby blue item I haven't ordered, I am so disappointed with Takealot, they are not professional and their service is very bad, they do not put their customers first and they are supposed to check before delivering wrong products...
Takealot sucks, I have ordered a Royal blue item they sent me baby blue instead, I tried to returned it to their pick up point they refused to take, it was a Gift for my daughter for Her 21st birthday, up to date the item is still sitting with me, I am glad Amazon is coming to South Africa, I can't wait to jump ships, I am still waiting waiting for them to pick up the item, they are busy telling me that they are going to investigate, I am totally ****ed big time, today is my daughter's birthday, why don't check on my cart what is it that I have ordered.... Iwyze I like to recommend them, Great Service for their customers, The service they gave me was so outstanding, they deliver to their clients, I am so happy about them, they make sure they pay, but the catch is that Your premiums must be paid in time, I am very happy with the service they gave me...
I like to recommend Carmen Bibby, she went out of her way to make sure that as Easy holidays time share owner received the best Accommodations, She can even recommend some of the resorts we never heard of, I have been to Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge from 10th - 14th October, We had a great time and Thank you so much for putting Our needs first, I even pay my levy as a Happy consumer because I get the best for the money I am contributing...
