Discovery verification system does not work , you go through the entire process and then the consultants ask you for the ID number and details they keep on saying they will fix ... but there is no testing PLEASE test your systems and take the feedback
Hi all I was suppose to book a winter holiday tomorrow using my diners club card But last night at 18:37 pm at Killarney mall on the 1 July { which is new month } the standard bank ATM went down and took down my card Now I cant go on Holiday as it takes 3 to 5 days to get a new Diners club card Your systems keep on failing 1. Website goes down 2. point of sale does not work 3. ATM goes down 4. ATM has no money I keep on whatsapp Peter Malatji mpofane.malatji@standardbank.co.za but no response I don't want a job but I want to sit in front on the head of standard bank IT systems and tell him he needs my help as a consultant to keep the systems UP and running as the current team does not know how to

Terrible service from Standard Bank Private clients they promise to call and they dont they just send e-mails and e-mails and hide behind contracts if the standard bank systems go down they blame the client

Hi On Saturday I needed to buy a PS5 deal on Vodacom for my kids But could not login to internet banking and cellphone app as the systems where down I also tried calling private banking number as it was down aswell 1. Internet banking down 2. Cell phone app down 3. Private banking call center down I have also confirmed with a friend working at standard bank at the systems are down as he tested This is bad and I have been complaining for months now , I have lost a specials due to your systems being down as I could not transfer funds into my credit card I am here to assist as I specialize is assisting companies with fail over systems on IT I am requesting 1. Standard Bank give me a PS5 deal to match Vodacom at R3999-00 with two controllers 2. Samsung 85 inch TV special at R5000 3. I want a meeting with your standard bank team to be involved and assist with providing solutions as the same issues occurred when I was on holiday in January 4. Bad Service from Leroy , Order Number 246180 I have paid on the 9 August , Leroy merlin on the print out said it will be delevered on the 17 August , I called my carpenter on the 18 August No delivery on the 17 August - call center could not help me No delivery on the 18 August - call center could not help me No delivery on the 19 August - call center could not help me I had to pay my carpenter daily to sit and wait which cost me money Now they promised me delivery on the 20 August Bad service ,if you have deadlines I suggest dont use leroy merlin they dont give good service very sad customer as I lost alot of money

Good Day We have been to spur Rosebank on Sunday , excellent service from waiter - Extremely Covid Compliant food was great really appreciated everyone asking me if I was OK The waiter went out of his way , I feel so bad that I did not take down his name maybe the restaurant can track on card and see which waiter was it , please reward him One tip .... have more specials please ... to reduce the bills as when my kids hear SPUR they always ... want to take their friends with
I took the kids to Sun City this weekend , we had a blast but would like to give the following feedback 1. At reception they dont tell you to put money on your card , so when you get to valley of the waves there is NO credit card machine , so you have to pay R200 per towel which is refundable ... now I carried no cash or cards , so my kids swam but we had no towels 2. At the hotel pools, I went to withdraw money and found out that its the other way .... hotel pools only accept cash , so I was confused Could you please provide all guest with rules or ask the reception to notify the guys Thanks
