I have been calling Nutuns HR department and they is no answer. I trained for 3 days on the 4th day of training they told me that they are going to end my contract because I had bad credit record. I was told that I would be paid my money on the 7th of February but it hasn't been payed. I have been calling and phone rings to voicemail. Can somebody from Recruitment call me because I can't reach them.
I am still waiting for my order it's been almost a month now. Is it possible to cancel my order I no longer want it and I don't want to upgrade
I have a parcel that I have been waiting for, for almost a month now. I asked for my parcel to be delivered at my nearest police station thee delivery guy came with my parcel but he called the wrong number the first time he came and the second time the agent from the company told me that my parcel can only be delivered at my home or work address, she said she will call the delivery guy and give him my address. I then went back home when the delivery guy called he said that he was at the police station. I told him that the agent I spoke to asked me to go back home, I then asked him to come to my home address he said he can't. What's wrong with the people that are delivering our parcels they are rude and not reliable.
Why wasn't I told that I would have to call vodacom and cancel my contract when the contract is about to end. 2 of my contracts were supposed to end in July but didn't because I didn't cancel which I didn't know nobody told me that. So when I called Minenhle Mbatha answered she is asking for my Vodacom Account number which I don't know I asked her to ask me security checks so that she can see that I am the right person she said she can't and asked to call 082135 but that is the same number I called her on. If I was sent my statement monthly maybe I would know my vodacom acc number but I never received my monthly statement. Can anyone call me to cancel this damn contract!!!!!
Can somebody tell me why The Fix from Bridge City mall has cameras at the fitting rooms. This is so wrong on so many levels. Can this be fixed please.
They are very slow they just don't care about customers. 2 consultants didn't have anyone they were assisting while we were waiting on the que. If they were busy with something else on their computers they never should have sit where we could see them because to us customers it was as if they didn't care. As a customer I expect efficient service I don't expect to see a consultant sitting next to me doing nothing pretending to be busy on their computer.
I called Sanlam this morning at 09h43 because I had an issue with my personal details and the lady by the name of Andiswa was so rude that she even dropped my call.
My virtual card was blocked when I am trying to use it I got an SMS saying I must call this number 0860 123 000 I have called this number for 5 times. The first time I was assisted by someone by the name of Thabiso he tried to assist but unfortunately the network was bad on my side I said I would call back. When I called back I was on the phone for over 15 minutes the guy that was assisting me said that someone will get back to me and they didn't . I called again the girl answered she said that she was looking into my query and the next thing she dropped the call. Worse part she is not customer sympathetic I hate her tone she doesn't have patience. Why was I advised to contact this number is the agents are useless and cant assist me with my query mxi 😡😡
I bought a skirt from Legit Gateway last week Friday I paid using a card and the money was debited twice from my account the slip didnt come out of the speed point/ the machine after making the payment. I was told that I need to get the statement from the bank that proves that the money was taken from my account and I did. The lady from Legit told me that she will sent an email to the finance department something like that. She said she will send it on Monday. I followed up on Wednesday I was told that the money will be in my account later on that day but till now the money is not in my account it's the 6th day today. What does one have to do to be taken seriously from Legit and be assisted because it's been long enough now.
