The driver of your vehicle on manor drive ,stanger (Kwa Dukuza) on Wednesday 31 July 2024 at around 15h15 ( gp registration) should never drive on public roads. In a busy residential area, he drove at breakneck speeds and almost crashed into my vehicle if I did not take evasive action. It’s a really poor adverti*****t for your company that brands their large vehicle quite boldly. If necessary,I will report the matter to the local police force to deal with further. Kindly screen your drivers carefully prior to employing hooligans on public roads
I booked for a second holiday at Cayley Lodge for 5nights from 04 August 2023 to 09 August 2023. My first experience was great in terms of location and the actual villa ( 3 bedroom).The reception and overall staff attitude was extremely poor and unprofessional.This was worrisome as this resort prices itself in the same category as superior lodges which we frequent.However, I passed this off as a unique experience and booked a second time. At the cost od R17 000 , I booked an advertised 2 bedroom villa. My excitement quickly dissipated at reception on meeting the extremely rude staff present.She hurriedly checked us in without a proper greeting, smile nor introduction and failed to prepare me for the horror to follow.The 2 bedroom villa is in actuality a 3 bedroom villa where you share the remaining room with another unknown person.Despite the separate doors and communal entrance,it is less than comfortable. This should be advertised as 2 bedroom apartments within a 3 bedroom villa.Similarly a 1 bedroom villa is shared with 2 others. Room service was at 12. On 1 day it was at 3pm because they had a"meeting". The facilities are dated and the only positive is the great location. I have complained on their website, with no response. From chatting to other disgruntled individuals there, it is evident that customer service is not a priority. We are lured to a "luxury" accommodation without room heaters using false promise. The final straw for me is the icy showers our family endured on 2 consecutive mornings. Lastly, their "unlimited wifi " is limited. I will not spend another cent of my hard-earned money with a return to this "lodge" or any other Beekman Bros property.
This is a fraudulent company that will separate you from your money quite quickly.Do not deal with them under any circumstance.Empty promises and excuses will follow from Garth Botha.I haven't received my item ordered 3 months ago nor have I been refunded.
On 11 Feb 2018 I flew from Cape Town to Durban with "low-cost" Flysafair for the first time;my ticket cost at R866 (with a few selected options).I prepared for the worst ,having flown with other local carriers hundreds of times and usually business class.I travel extensively both locally and internationally.It was refreshing to deal with an efficient, friendly airline company.The ground staff were communicative and friendly compared to the dour attitudes of Ground staff ,particularly at OR Tambo,from our national carrier.In addition, the captain spoke to us in an informative yet simple and easily understandable way.Overall,it was evident that all staff employed by this airline seemed to enjoy their jobs.This can be due to either job satisfaction or a proper selection process when employing them.Well done Flysafair! I will certainly choose you above others when flying domestically whenever the opportunity presents. Dr Jeevren Reddy
On 21 Sep 2017 ,I bought a BMW X5 M50d from fourbuy Auto in Fourways which I financed through BMW Finance.This is one of a string of BMW's that I have financed with BMW Finance previously.Having left my home at 04h00 ,I needed to sign all papers on the day as I had a flight to Cape-Town the next morning and an onward connection to Frankfurt Germany.Melanie Moodley at Ballito Autohaus was super efficient in arranging everything,however ,she needed me to sign documents which she could send only to a BMW Dealer.We chose Cedar Isle Auto which was just 3kms away only to be told quite bruesqely that the two people that they had there were very busy and could only assist the next morning.This was before 12h00 with another 5hours left in the working day.We then contacted JSN Auto in Bryanston who were only too happy to help.A much busier and more professional outfit than Cedar Isle Auto,the superb DONAL ARROW assisted me in minutes.Surprisingly,the documents took less than 5 minutes to sign.Shame on you Cedar Isle BMW for your inability to assist a BMW FINANCE Customer for 5 minutes. You tarnish your Brand.
<p>On 21 April 2017 ,I visited Toyota McCarthy Ballito with the intention of purchasing a new Toyota Fortuner and possibly also a double Cab Bakkie for my accompanying friend.We were given a slight nod by the receptionist.As we walked along the floor ,looking for assistance,1 elderly salesman was busy surfing the net,a younger male was on texting on his phone,another female was talking on the phone and the last female walked past us without any acknowledgement.We waited a while after which I went to the receptionist for help.She too continued with her Paperwork whilst ignoring my presence at the front desk.After,I asked if she too is like her sales persons,she stopped work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a totally opposite experience from the friendly people at Ford (SMD) who seem more keen on selling their everest and Ranger.This is likely where I will do business.</p>
<p>On 29 April 2016 ,i applied to have my line ( ********** 774) migrated to the Telkom Holding Pool so that it could be taken over by Afrihost.To date this has not happened despite 6 follow up e-mails.This is Telkom's illegal way of holding on to customers</p>
<p>On 19 Jul 2016 at security checkpoint E2 for emirates flight to Dubai,myself and the party of 24 South African persons (of Indian Decent) travelling back to South Africa,were subject to harrasment and intimidation by security staff at the security checkpoint.This whilst all caucasian persons waltzed through uninhibited.One larger gentleman handled my sacred Tulsi beads which I asked him not too as this is holy to us and not allowed to be touched by meat eaters.He then threatened and tried to intimidate me.When he realised that I was unwilling to relent,he allowed me through but continued to Glare at me.When I asked gfor his name ,he refused to give it to me and said I can go outside and complain.This Gestapo attitude does not sit well with me as we have freshly come out of an apartheid past and the German history is colourful to say the least.I am willing to identify the perpertarator and open a charge of religious intolerance against him with the German authority.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
My son Jivashen Reddy (id no 9810275134081) applied for an un-abridged birth certificate on 27 Jul 2015 ,as he was 16 years old and needed to Travel abroad.As at 23 March 2016 ,this has apparently not been processed ,according to the local office of Home Affairs.This is after numerous visits to the office.Subsequently,he has been unable to travel.There is an intention to go on a spiritual pilgrimage in July and tickets need to be booked.If this is not supplied timeously,I will be forced to charge the department constitutionally for interfering in his right to travel and his process of worship.The application number is 14326786-IRE.With this gross level of incompetence,we as ordinary citizens are being held to ransom by inefficient Government departments.Time to cast our votes elsewhere.
On 02 August 2015 ,I had met an accident with my BMW x5 on my way home damging the sump of my vehicle at night.I reported this to the police and proceeded to report the claim to my insurance company the next day.Claim No - 122121817, Client - Dr J Reddy, Policy - 7781474 - Case 2626352.After 3 weeks of delays,the assessor finally arrived ,saw fit to write off the vehicle and then landed in hospital.His claims manager took over proceedings.Having reassessed the claim,he recommended writing this vehicle off.After dealys of close on 3 months later,after me having settled the bank and supplying them with the log book and keys,they decided to investigate further still.I have no objections to investigation,however,4 months later is untenable.I am a Doctor of 19 years standing who has not claimed from the company in 15 years that I have been with them.In addition to 6 vehicles I have with them I also insure my home and business with them as well.I have insured at least 6 other vehicles with them over this time also.Not only will I cancel my contracts with them on completion of this debacle but the workshop where the vehicle is stored will also change companies (R55000/month).Go sanlam
