Good day, I have been attempting to contact customer service regarding my order, which a driver tried to deliver earlier. Unfortunately, I missed the call and when I tried to call back, the number appears to be invalid. Each time I've reached the queue and spoken to an agent, the call is cut short prematurely. I would greatly appreciate it if a consultant could call me back with the relevant information as to where is my order that I have placed on the 20th of Jan 2026 and has not been delivered to date. I am not happy with the service rendered by clicks or their delivery service Skynet the worst!!!!!!!!
I am writing to report an incident involving one of the drivers. The driver, who's registration number is MG46V, arrived at Transpharm & exhibited rude and dramatic behavior. She was unable to follow a simple instruction given to her; she then went on to be impolite with me & went as far as calling me names i.e. rachet reception & so fort truly not happy & I am disappointed!!!
I contacted all life through WhatsApp & was assisted by Alice Zungu & the customer service rendered was excellent we need more of her kind thank you 🙏

My experience with TFG is NEVER Pleasant, you either have rude people rendering service or ********, *********** staff. Long story short: Went into Foschini shop 26, sammy Marks Square 012 321 0200 to pay in my lay-by this was on the 17/06/2024 only to be assisted by an *********** miss know it all cashier who happens to be Sphiwe, rashing off to finish her gossip with the cosmetic ladies she captured my details incorrectly and had the money transferred into my old Foschini account which i haven’t made use of since 2021. I don’t know how when I clearly stated what I’m here to do, had she paid attention & listened attentively I wouldn’t be stuck in this whole situation. Now because of the wrongly information captured I had to leave the store with any of my items which I need to make use of by Thursday afternoon mind you there’s only one lay-by I’ve made with Foschini how could she have missed it. It appears that now I should wait at least for 3 days to get my refund which is pointless as I need the items by today still.. Please ensure to take further steps for Sphiwe cause I’m thinking how many times have she at least done such mistake and costing both the company and myself time which will never be regained. I need my money paid in by the end of business tomorrow 19/06/2024
