I've made a purchase from toy kingdom 2 weeks ago. I've only received my order today and there is a toy missing from it. All my items are fully paid for and I've checked my order again to see if maybe the item is out of stock. But no, it shows that it has been delivered. I urgently need this toy for a party I'm attending on Saturday. What do I do now? Wait another two weeks to fix the problem? I'm very disappointed in you guys and will not be purchasing in the future. I've not been issued any refunds either and the toys is worth R219.
I've worked for this company for almost 3 years and after multiple changes they implemented and imposed on me which affected my family dynamics I finally decided to resign with immediate effect and look for another Job. I resigned mid month but didn't get paid for the days I worked or annual leave days. This has to be *******! And I'm definitely also reporting to CCMA.
Purchased a online corse from them but they gave me the wrong code. And the corse is a timed corse. Contacted them and feedback was promised but so solution as yet. Very poor experience so far. Dont trust them with your money.
I've purchased the special on sparletta sodas on Sunday. The deal was 3 for R30, however after I received my order I noticed that I was charged an extra R10 on each 3 for R30 deal. I've purchased 3 of these deals so that means I was charged R30 extra. I've tried emailing sixty60 to rectify this mistake however all the assistant did was tell me there was no error. How is this possible? I have screenshots of everything to papertrail this. I'm requesting further assistance from checkers to view this again. Preferably someone who is literate in maths.
Yesterday my order status said that it was shipped. Order status now says not yet shipped when I logged in today. The order number is #122701447 What is going on? My package is due for delivery on Monday. Tried emailing but the auto response says thats no longer a way to contact you. Good day. A week ago I made a purchase with pick n pay. First of all the delivery took almost 3 hours to get to me. When I called, a representative informed us that delivery takes 3 hours, which is a lie considering their ads advertise for delivery within 60 minutes. Secondly when my parcel arrived two of my products were damaged. I have sent them an email with pictures of the damaged products received. Thirdly i was promised a refund for my two products which I have not yet received. Like I said its been over a week now. When will I be compensated?
I placed an order with Shein Online Shopping two weeks ago. The sms came through for paying duty and I immediately paid through the automated payment system you have via the credit card option. However I'm still receiving "automated calls and sms's" to pay my customs from the 18th till today the 21st. I have made 2 orders prior to this and have followed the exact same method. I'm very confused as to how my payment was not received when the money has been deducted from my bank by buffalo logistics. I would really appreciate some feedback because I'm left with no other option to contact you guys. I've tried calling and emailing but none of your contact info works.
Rip off!!! They gave me a discount voucher which expires. I used the voucher to place a Christmas order for my daughter but at the last minute they cancelled one of my items for now im left with half a order with no discount voucher and no Christmas gift.

Good day I received a bonus payment from my employer on the 12th of August 2022 for an amount of R2750, however no payment has reflected in my account to date. My employer has provided me with a payment confirmation letter from Mercantile bank ,which I did take into capitec bank at the Gateway branch. Consultant could not assistant me in tracing the payment. I am passed between my employer and capitec which is extremely disappointing that my bank can not provide any kind of assistance in this regard.
