On Thursday, we visited Kroonstad and then me and my mother bought the fish with salad special. Everything was looking great but the next morning, me and my mom was sick with stomach ache and a running tummy. We were sick the whole weekend. Luckily we had medicine at home. This was my very first bad experience with Fishaways and we are now so scared to buy there again

Ek het op 5 April 16:55 vir GEMS ge****ak en het hulle vir my gesê die dokumente is daar. Verlede week het ek 'n SMS ontvang wat vra dat ek my dokter moet nomineer. Ek het dit gedoen en het op 27 April bevestiging ontvang dat dit gedoen is. Vandag, 3 Mei, het ek al die pad van Senekal na Welkom gery om self by die instapsentrum uit te vind wat aangaan. Die dame, Susan van Zyl, het my toe laat weet dat GEMS my aansoek gister, 2 Mei, gekanselleer het. Om watter rede??????? Ek sukkel nou al hoe lank net om aansoek te doen. Hoe lank moet ek nou nog wag? Watter swak indruk skep dit vir nuwe lede? Ek het nog altyd net goeie goed van GEMS gehoor, maar dis regtig baie swak diens, veral vir 'n nuwe voornemende lid. Good day I just want to know why am I blacklisted by your people after I paid my account? I was in credit with you and now you blacklisted me for a missing payment in December! This is unfair and I'm going to dispute this even if it mean I have to go to court. I'm feeling that you guys are really unfair. Good day I did a online upgrade last week and heard nothing. Today my data was switched off and when I investigate, I see it's because of my upgrade, but received nothing from Vodacom. I then realised that I have picked the wrong option. Is there a way that I can cancel this upgrade (order 8010202893)? I selected the wrong option ☹ and now my Vodacom data is disconnected. I tried to email them, with no response, only to call them or talk to a bot. I tried the bot, but it's useless. I can't phone the call center because I'm deaf. Please advise. Kind regards
I struggle since August to get proper service from Volkswagen Bethlehem. I contact them twice via the website, and everytime I mention that they mst please contact me after 15:00 because I'm busy at the school. But then I received calls during the morning, which I couldn't answer. I send them another message, this time in Afrikaans, where I also asked them to respond via email, but since now, nothing happened. It seems that no one there understand Afrikaans. The reason why I communicate via the website, is because I am deaf. There is also no email address on the website where I can contact someone directly. My car is due for a service since August. (still on warranty) What must I do? I'm staying in Senekal and can't just drive to Bethlehem to make an appointment. Please fix your customer service!
A few days ago, I requested a history statement of my account. The first agent who helped me was Audrey. She forwarded the statement, but it was only from May 2023. I asked her about 2 amounts that reflected on the statement and she said it was a correction dobe in April. Then I requested a statement as proof that I can see what is what, I requested the previous statement where April reflects, but she just send me the invoice and refer me to the online self service. There is only invoices, no statements, so I ask her again to send me my statement. Did not hear again from her. Now, all of a sudden, I received a quote to accelerate my rental, from a different agent. This is not right! My account is paid in advance, but when a ask for something simple, no one can deliver service.
I think it is very bad from Greyhound not to inform their passengers if the bus is running late. Or even if we could track the bus to see how far it is. Very bad!
My order was suppose to be delivered on 12 April, but then I received a notification that it will be delivered on the 10th. I cancelled ALL my plans for today (Monday 10th) so that I can get my parcel. Everytime the courier phoned when he is at my address.
