I bought a car from Pretoria Noord Toyota. The salesman, Marius Oosthuizen bowled me over with his friendliness and helpfulness. I test drived numerous cars before I made a decision, and he kept patient and helpful. When there was a technical problem occurring with the registration of the vehicle, which was beyond his control, he kept me informed all along. I can definitely recommend Marius Oosthuizen when you are considering buying a new or used vehicle. He will certainly go the extra mile.
I bought a product during December 2023 from Clicks Brooklyn Mall as a gift. Unfortunately it was the wrong product and I went back to the store for an exchange. Unfortunately according to the store the slip that I kept was the wrong one and hence they advised I contact head office to trace the correct date and amount of the transaction according to the transactions done with my loyalty card. I did so and spoke to "Britney" ref 1254944. I was promised a response via e-mail which I have not received to date. I simply want to exchange this product for something else. I am aware that I am entitled to this in terms of the CPA. I am now stuck!
I opened a 3month Fixed Deposit with Standard Bank early December 2022. My experience has been marred right from the start with lack of service. The accounts was closed on 3 March 2023 when I withdrew my deposit. I was forced to open a Current Account to do so. I am still struggling to get a tax statement for this account. "Etshotthe" a week ago, promised me an e-mail for this. Nothing... I had to call Standard Bank today, only to find out from Frieda Standard Bank cannot provide such. The call took me 15 minutes! I certainly now know why Standard Bank is clearly not my bank.
On Sunday, 12 Feb 2023, I incorrectly assumed I had lost my Tymebank Card and as a result immediately went on the app to transfer the money into my account with another bank account. I did an immediate EFT which cost me R35. To my dismay the amount has not been transferred as yet. I went to the kiosk at PicknPay Cherry Lane, Pretoria and spoke to Tymebank on the phone. I was promised the matter will be resolved and got a confirmation e-mail to this effect with a reference no G-213893, indicating that the matter will be resolved yesterday, 14 Feb 2023. Nothing has happened since and I am really getting worried as this is a significant amount that I need for grocery purchases. Tyme Bank really does not give me peace of mind! Loadshedding is conveniently blamed for the delay, but it sounds to me a feeble excuse.
I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter regarding the transfer of ownership in my name for a car I bought second hand. Cartrack responded they "will look into the matter" Yet, the previous owner is still receiving thteatening emails re. A " transfer of ownership" fee she has to pay. I HAVE ALLREADY PAID THIS R350 at mmone.masius 's office on 5 Dec 2022 and was provided with a tracking device certificate -HerbstHERB00270G1C. What more can I do?
I purchased a second hand car from somebody else in November 2022. We agreed that I will take over the Cartrack device installed in the vehicle. I completed the necessary forms as provided by the previous owner and e-mailed to Cartrack. Unfortunately I did not receive any response and hence I paid Cartrack's offices a visit on 29 November 2022. I was assisted by a friendly lady and re-completed the "transfer of owner" forms, paid the R350 for "change of owner" and organised for the monthly debit order. The debit order went through successfully on 2 Jan 2023. I also received a "certificate of installation" after I had to remind Cartrack a few times that I had requested such. To my dismay the previous owner is now receiving e-mails demanding the R350 be paid. This is unacceptable! What more can I do? Clearly somebody is not doing their job at Cartrack. Should this matter not be resolved, I will shop around for a tracking device company who is serious about bussiness.
I was pleasantly surprised at Spur Brooklyn Mall. A few weeks ago there was a hickup and misunderstanding with my order as a result of the Loyalty App that I did not know I had to re- register. Management went to great lengths to rectify the matter. On Friday I went again with my grandchild and was treated like a queen! I will surely visit again. The trampolines are a hit for children that are too tall for the toddler playground.
I have been advised by KingPrice insurance to make use of so called "Beamie" to have my car tracked by them. Apparently it is run by mixtelematics, as this is the company sending me a bill every month. My car was written off on 13 September 2022 and hence I want to cancel my subscription. They simply do not answer any phone or email. I am stuck!
I am a policy holder with King Price and wanted to make minor adjustments to my policy. In response to my e-mail, I was phoned by Renier Herbst. He was friendly and to the point and we sorted out all my questions within a view minutes. It is always a pleasure to deal with King Price.
Yesterday I requested a tax certificate for the 2020/21 year. I was promised it will be sent to me via e-mail. It is now more than a day since I requested this. Surely this is not a time-consuming task ! Why does it take so much TYME??? Maybe time for a new name e.g. Slow Bank !
