I bought R100 MTN airtime but I never received my airtime and they're not responding to my emails
The service at Pick n Pay bloem plaza Bloemfontein CBD is very terrible, you stand for almost an hour on a queue waiting to pay, the queues are very long and the shop only has 2 operating cashier's that time you're from work and you want to buy your essentials the staff doesn't care about their customers, they won't even answer you when you ask if there are no other cashier's available to assist in other vacant tills even when you ask to speak to management regarding the incompetence they just look at you and don't even answer you
This people use you to do their job and when they have to pay you they send you incomplete payment details, I did 2 drink diaries for 2 consecutive months and when I redeemed my incentive they sent me a Standard Bank LTD Instant Money Voucher without a PIN when I call standard Bank they say they can't access the reset option for Instant Miney Vouchers sent by MDI Africa on their site, but they can help you only if you need a voucher, of which I find confusing because they checked and saw that I had money in my Standard Bank Instant Money Pocket/Account but still they can't help me, it's been almost 2 weeks with me trying to contact MDI Global, I texted on both the app. customer service, I sent countless emails and even called the number they out on their website but when you call that number a machine takes your call and tells you to leave your contact details and full names and they will call you back but even today I called again and I have never even once received feedback
Aramex has the worst service in South Africa, my parcel was dropped of on Saturday afternoon and was captured yesterday because of the weekend, but even now there is still no update regarding my parcel moving from their HUB to being delivered, all they tell me is that my parcel was handed over to a third party to deliver it, and if I wanted a courier company that delivered after 3-5 working business days I would've settled for PAXI as they are always on time with their deliveries, I chose Aramex because I wanted my parcel the following day but because it was the weekend I understood, but now the last update on my parcel tracking status was last night meaning am gonna have to wait longer in order for me to get my parcel, and what annoys me the most is their terrible and unprofessional treatment they give their clients It's the second time I encountered problem with Aramex as I stopped using it for the past few years because of their pathetic service but I see that nothing has changed with them, useless courier company , they don't even deserve my 1 star
How does a company send you an instant money voucher and the bank sends you only 1 sms with the voucher and no pin sms and when you call them they tell that the company nust send you the pin?
This is the most useless service provided in South Africa Bought 512+512MB yesterday after midnight as I was busy with a music survey that needed more than 500MB and because I had bought 1GIG weekly data I decided to buy that 512+512MB so that at least the 612MB I had left from the 1 GIG would last me up until at least monday, But guess what MTN did? Just aftwr midnight when the 1day combo I bought expired my 612MB also disappeared and now MTN I telling me my DAT is depleted.... Like why are they busy scanning people? Everyday after 17:00pm MTN doesnt have internet connection and I would normally swap my mobile network to anothwr sim card as my phone has 2 simple cards, but in the morning the MTN says has decreased...like how is that even possible when MTN data was switched off? Am tired with this scam called MTN and ita time the whole country get to know them for they are I won't rest u til they pay back my data #MTNmustFall
This ia the biggest scam survey platform ever They will make you wait for more than 2 points after yoU completw their survey After you get your points when you redeem them they wont pay you They deleted my number in my profile so that I won't be ablw to redeem my pointa for airtime and worst part you can't even claim them for paypal dollars because their stupid webaute doea not allowed you to And worst part we do surveya for big companies like Nevia
Not only do we watch stupid repeats everyday when we spend spend out hard earned cash to pay for a monthly subscription but for the past few days I have seen posts on facebook about decoders not having signal Little dis i know that mine was also next.. Was watching generation the Legacy's repeat this morning when I suddenly saw a E48-32 error in my screen and tried clearing I using both the myDstv app and their whatsapp with no luck at all, then decide to call them thinking perhaps they will assist me but the call center agent was just plain incompetent and clueless even the instructions she gave me were useless she wasted my R35 airtime for nothing Later on I called a dstv technician he tried to fix it but he couldn't find the problen with both my connection and satellite dish alignment leaving me with unaswered questions Dstv Nultichoice is nothing but a scam that raps people off of their money and they fail to help you whenever you new help from them..now I see why people are moving to open view and other streaming products Tho was the last month you will ever receive my hard earned cash
