Im so dissapointed in you, I have an account with TymeBank ZA, so my card expired lastmonth the date on the card was 02/25,so today i went to Boxer to pint a new card. I went lastmonth the lady told me if i print it at that time they gonna charge me, she said i must wait till this month ok fine i waited. Ok i go there today and yes it was canselled, the lady print it for me, and i asked her, If she is sure they wont charge and she said yes they wont. I had like R130 on it. She prints it and i went, on my way i said let me log into my app and then Boom R70 is gone🤔🤔 hau like how now? I went back to the lady and tell her, and she said she dont know why, instead game me a tollfree number to call the callcentre. And i called them, Them also dont know what happened and logged in a querry and said they gonna reverse it in 7 working days just imagine 7days just for R70 for something they did in seconds☹️☹️☹️ what if i wanted to use that money at that moment.
Hi my name is Thuthukani Wiseman, i would like to make a review about MTN SA, i dont know wheather it me only or what, im on prepaid, the thing i lost my simcard so i had to make a simswap, ever since i've made a simswap it has change now, the Data deals are too expensive, and before i used to recharge like over R400 a month just to get those good Data deals. Which now they no longer there after my simswap. They too expensive now, i cant afford even a daily data now coz it not there,And there is thing that anoys me a lot, I bought my simcard at Pep store right and ricad it with my information, but now seems like there is both of us using same now, i keep on receiving Whatsapp messeges of people i dont know, Calls, and smes. Please if there is anything you can do please, I dont wanna talk about their Call Centre is the worst. I called telling them about my problem, They say it happens, i can share a number with a person i dont know????? What gonna happen to all these years i worked for?? I would like to share my experience with Rentoza,im so disappointed on them.on the 7th i download they App register my credintials and i ordered a Hisence 32" screen Tv and i payed via EFT from my bank.And they sent me an E-mail thanking me for my application,So for my Application Approval i need to go through verication process,and yeah i verify my banking details.Now problem started when i need to verify my Identity,ok i did verify my identity now the time i was registering on their app/portial i used an Address of where im staying or Renting In Town,Now they want me to send a Proof of Resident and they say it must be the same with the Shipping Address,ok fair enough i went to the recception ask for Proof of Adress i got it and i sent to them,And they say they cant accept it.Ok i said to them let me send my Banking Statement as Proof of Resident they didnt accept it coz my Banking Statement has my Home Address,they want the Address to be the same as the Shipping and they decline my Order after i've sent them the money.of which i dont understand why they have an option that you pay first while they still gonna do all that Verication **** they do and decline your application,tell to try again in 3 to 6 months doesnt make sense.So i wont recommend it to anyone.and they Stuff they rude when they helping you,people help they go by the name,Ashwin(declined my application)Nonhlanhla and Violet,we talking over E-mails
