Two weeks ago I received a call from My Debt Hero as I enquired about reducing the interest on my business account overdraft. They asked for bank account numbers to see how they can assist. The next minute there's a mandate on my personal account for a monthly debit order. I retaliated quite angrily saying I have no debt and they must cancel their ******* mandate etc. After many emails and messages to confirm this cancelation they stole R5798 from my personal account and I am busy with a case of theft right now with SAPS

Disgusting service, product not delivered and lies about it being on its way
I purchased a trampoline from them on the 4th January and, as per their advert, will deliver within 10 days. I then received an email from them on the 17th and the 22nd January stating my goods will be delivered within 3 to 6 days and gave me a Tracking Number from Fastway Couriers. I tried tracking my parcel but it would not show anything so I called Fastway to enquire and I was told the people from One Deal a day are lying, they never released my trampoline for delivery!! After many messages and emails, I am now being ignored. I want the trampoline or my money back!

Their service is the worst and they refuse to refund your money - offer a unwanted credit instead!!!!
This is a follow up on my last review on this company and the fact they downright refuse to refund me my money. They had the audacity yesterday, 15 DAYS after ordering my goods (this being the 3rd delivery, 2 small deliveries were made in between) to now deliver my remaining items and this after I cancelled and demanded my money back. I needed these items for my graduation day which never transpired. Last night I get this message from them - Builders Card Refund performed at BWH City. Customer Number: 2001723017. Refunded amount: 1 172,00. Available credit: 1 172,00. Thank you for your support. I DO NOT WANT THEIR STUPID CREDIT AS I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN. Every other online store like Checkers, P n P, etc. who sell goods online have a wallet where, what is not delivered, you can either use the funds to buy other stuff or you can demand a refund and they pay you back

Where is my refund!!
On the 25th November I purchased almost R1.5k worth of garden items from their Parklands cape town branch via the online store and only 6 plants were delivered, the value about R400. After waiting for the delivery of my remaining items, many phone calls and broken promises later, I instructed them 4 times to refund my money and they are blatantly ignoring me and not paying my money back. Absolutely disgusting and I will advise others not to buy online from them. I demand my money back

Capitec rental finance division a **** - *****ulent debit orders!!!
Capitec have a subsidiary company called Capitec Rental Finance (Pty) Ltd. (never, ever heard of them) and who *****ulently took R1525, 43 from my Nedbank business account. They also sent me an "invoice" for rental equipment which is absolute nonsense. The "invoice" address given is in Durban but, based on research, this company has its Head Office in Stellenbosch. I have spoken to 9 Capitec "customer service agents", the last one being a chap Cosmos but the service is absolutely appalling, they did not show any concern that there is somebody out there helping themselves to people's money and worst of all, they should not even bother having a ***** division as they have no idea what they are doing. I was about to open a Capitec business account but this has changed my mind for sure!

Deceptive and cunning
Totally apalled at the blatant deception of this service who advised only R15 needs to be paid for an initial answer (I got 3 short unhelpful paragraphs) and then to take R599 from my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! Stay far away from these guys

Nashua Cape Town - disgusting!
I have never in my entire life been so disgusted with a company, but Nashua takes the cake. From selling me a faulty inverter that has been crashing my equipment, to ripping me off with their contracts and deductions. I record all copies made yet come end of the month suddenly I am charged for way more copies than I made. A Mecer inverter that does not even cost R6000, Nashua is charging me over R20,000 for - this is daylight ******* and quite *****ulent!! Will not recommend them ever!

Revco have no right to threaten me
I am absolutely appalled at the threatening SMS messages I persistently get from this company. They are trying to claim I owe SARS money for rental income for the year 2007 - 17 years ago. This is a load of crock. They do not give my tax number, ignore all my correspondence and I have tried to find the numbers and email address they use but absolutely cannot find it anywhere on the Revco website.

Leakfind to the rescue at our ECD facility!
Thank you Fogi and Nedbank - you have an amazing Plumbing Company on your books - Leakfind. Amatus Kids Academy had a terrible drain line that posed a severe health risk to our children and a huge plumbing problem that was totally ruined by another plumbing company, which took them 7 days to mess up and Leakfind saved the day by doing a dinkum and proper job in 2.5 days - well done guys and thanks a million for a fantastic and professional job!!
