I have tried to get through to Dischem Brackengardens Brackenhurst. The switchboard person just puts me through to the dispensary. This pharmacy is well known for not answering the telephones or just dismissing a person on the main switchboard. I have lodged a complaint with Head office on an email and been assured that this would be sorted out where my reply was this would never be sorted out which it hasn't. I tried head office this morning to go through to customer services and it kept being engaged. Dischem Brackengardens is really a horrible branch the telephones don't exist for them the telephone manners don't exist at the switchboard. I be tried using them many times but I would rather go all the way to Bedford centre to do my business. All I wanted this morning was to speak to the sister. I could be on the phone all day.
I have been a client of Teljoy for many years now. In this time I have dealt with 2 phenomenal staff and I mean what I say. Namely - Mr Samuel Duimpies regarding any problems I experienced with Debit orders amongst other things. He always replies to my emails it may take a day or two but he is exceptionally busy. I have always had any issues regarding my account with Teljoy handled very professionally. I hope that Teljoy is aware of the standard of service that Samuel Duimpies offers to his clients. Lizanne Kruger. This lady is amazing she works night and day and I'm not joking. I have sent her emails on a Friday night at 9pm and even over a long weekend. She answers every time single time. She is a gem and nothing is too much effort for her. I never get a comment like " it's not my job" from this lady. Appreciate them Teljoy management. Finally to the company. I have dealt with you for years and I have never had any problems adding additional items to my account. I get answers from them within half a day and items are delivered a few days later. Teljoy is most certainly by far the best in this sector than any of it's competitors.
I wish to let all animal *****s be aware. When ordering your Trilostane for your furries that have Cushings disease tell your vet to order it from V-Tech Pty Ltd. You will always get a product that works and never changes from this reputable company. This is exactly what I have started doing. I had an incident where I used a product that my vet had ordered from a different company manufacturing this product the compound and colour kept changing. The last straw recently about 1 month ago I got this medication from my vet who had ordered from this other company I gave it to my beautiful little girl and she couldn't breathe I thought I was going to lose her. The company was contacted they only came back with 2 answers about 1 and a half months later with the following explanation they could not test the product it would cost R4000 rand or that I had removed the contents and replaced it with something else. Why would I do that when my dog has been on Trilostane for years what would I gain. I had no issue other than this they had no issue with me until this incident. The Trilostane I had ordered looked aqueous cream and was thick thick thick. Since then I have given my vet instructions to only order from V-Tech Pty Ltd. They did this and lo and behold I got a product where the "compound" had not changed it was the mixture I knew from when I started using Trilostane. I will not mention names of the company or the veterinary practice for fear of reprisal. This is just a warning to all animal *****s. Rather get your product from V-Tech Pty Ltd and know that you can have peace of mind you can insist that your vet order from them because this is what happened in my case, they ordered 2 tubs for me there was no issue about having to order in bulk. If you love your animals take note of this. Thank you V-Tech what would I have done without you. You basically were my salvation for my baby girl. The public deserves to know that your company really cares and delivers quality medication for animals. Thank you thank you!!!!!!! I am sure that Hello Peter can contact your company as I do not have their email address anymore as I have sorted my problem out for good.
I had a problem restoring data to my S24 Ultra. I did not have recovery codes so I called Samsung Support. I spoke to a lady named Anne. She listened carefully to my predicament and gave me an answer re the codes which I understood. She then made an amazing suggestion to transfer my data from my old phone via smart switch a wireless application. She explained exactly what to do and how to do it. It was a brilliant solution that she offered me. Wow what a pleasure to work with someone that actually finds a solution and does not say I'm sorry I am unable to assist. Anne has such a kind and patient nature. I am impressed Samsung. You have an employee that gives Samsung a good name. I wish there were more people with that kind of work ethic in this country, excellent service just does not exist. The capability of people in the various companies is absolutely shocking and non existent. Thank you Anne you are a star and your solution worked perfectly.
Hi to all I am one of Teljoys clients I deal with a lady named Lizanne Kruger. This lady is the most efficient person that I have ever dealt with. My experience with certain departments that will tell me ABC and if non of those options work for me are adamant there is no other way to accomplish what I need to and that is that! I then email Lizanne and explain what I need done because I have not had any joy with the relevant department Virtually Immediately I get a return email letting me know what she requires to sort the issues our. Again within a period of 5 minutes I have another email informing me that my request has been executed. Nothing and I mean nothing is a problem for her and she will sort everything out even though it is not her department or job. She will answer my emails at 9 pm at night, weekends and public holidays. I have not found her equal anywhere and I am a pensioner and have had my own business. I cannot sing her praises enough. I am not sure that the Teljoy management realise what an asset she is to the company. It would really be great if any of her clients are reading this to give a shout out on Hello Peter. Lizanne you are a really amazing person it is such a pleasure to communicate and work with you. To senior management at Teljoy, she.should be in management.
I am so frustrated with them. For some reason there was a backup code put in place as a2nd verification, definitely not by me! I have addressed it and so has my daughter separately. All I get is an email saying everything has been reset, I do not have words. I don't know who has reset what or where or when. I have identified myself. I keep querying and it asif they have emails specifically prepared to send out Immediately to the effect everything is sorted out which it is not. Secondly I keep getting emails in Afrikaans and that is my second language, of which I am fluent in but every time I try to change the problems Facebook presses a button to send their prepared emails off. Their email address is a no-reply. This has now been going on for so long that I never use Facebook. They are incapable of assisting me with this. I've given up except the problem is we complain and we don't do anything about it. Well for what it's worth. I actually don't think that they care. Im sure many people have this problem and we are up against a giant who doesn't give us a second thought
Hi I was going through social media there are many " business" opportunities. I came across the company called Blue diamond. They first show you a Blue diamond on the front page you tap into see what the amount is. A man comes up and says you don't have to do anything you can get this income for however many years and if you open a bank account with his bank you will get the amount for a lifetime. Okay someone stole my details and I thought I would like to see what this is about. So I told them that I was hacked but I'm very interested because I looked at the site . I was sent a code taking me into an educational video and they focus on what people need. No mention about the amount that I was supposed to get every week and it would have been a large amount in rands. After this no communication. I tried both people on the email address which they sent out. I don't know how many times I emailed them until I put the subject in as if you don't answer me I will find out who to talk to as false advertising. All of a sudden I get an email from them stating that I have been refunded. That's not the best they charge in dollars and credit in rands how do you work that out. So it was 8.95 dollars which was about 160 rand they credited me plus minus 59 dollars. I have sent them another email I'm not holding my breath. I want to warn people not to believe Blue diamond. When they get your money you are nothing to them. Watch out for them. They won't be on Hello Peter's list of companies. Please South Africans don't get conned. This is obviously what they do to people.

I am having a problem which i have brought to FinChoice many times not just once or twice. When I get an automated response after I have sent an email it comes to my email address except the name that is rep**** to is someone totally different as I said I have informed them countless times that it is my email and not the person they are addressing. Nothing has been done to rectify this situation and if this is happening to me I'm wondering who else. They totally disregard my email to them and keep sending automated messages to the other person. I have spoken to an agent and still nothing has been done. It seems that it's too much of an effort to actually action their request. Im just wondering if they do things like that with the finance client accounts. I don't know who I can talk to as there is only a main telephone line and you don't get transferred to a manager.
<div>I had an issue with my account and sent an email to various departments including a lady called ++++on Friday evening the 14th June . I only expected an answer in the coming week. I could not believe my eyes when I received an answer from +++++ at 20h30 at night with a complete answer and reason plus an invoice as proof. Wow wow wow. I hope that all the management at Teljoy are aware of the value that +++++ brings to the company.+++++ thank you! Its very seldom if at all that I have ever had this response to any query.</div>
