Purchased 2x streetwise two’s and chips were not included in one box. How pathetic is that but you must pay for it and it’s not the first time. Get people to work there that can adhere to packaging the orders sufficiently because you’re *****ing my money. Close done the one in town is 10000% better
Good day Firstly I stated on the collection that the collection must be Monday the 20th of October 2025 between 8-10am. They arrived today. Why does the app give you the option to choose the date and time if they don’t supply the service for that. So because your system so called doesn’t show the date and time I need the product collected now you want to cancel it. And I spoke to Zak and they refused to take the item. I called head office and the lady said she will change the date to Tuesday. Now the lady called back and Zak said they will come on Monday and if they don’t collect on Monday they going to cancel the collection. Who is Zak to decide when it will be collected if the collection was originally set for Monday. I called and asked the Toti branch to delay it to Tuesday and the lady said when they come on Monday tell them to come back on Tuesday. So how do you run a business like that? It’s pathetic. Your customer service is even worse. And if we do two business days it should be 11:13 Friday so 11:13 Monday is 1 business day and 11:13 Tuesday will be 2 business days. So why on earth is Zak being so unreasonable to say they will collect on Monday or he will cancel. I think this is more than enough notice to just delay the collection. Been using their service since 2013/2014 they have the best client service and gorgeous products. Will always support them. They go out their way to make your experience memorable.
First question is WHY do you have to register a divorce. Secondly why after 13 weeks they are so *********** they are still unable to register a divorce. 100+ emails and over 15 phone calls. What can be so hard about registering a divorce????? Why do you go to court to get divorced if three years later your so called still married at home affairs what is the use of a divorce then. I got Mweb WiFi through MTN and what a total waste of money. 15mbsp and the highest it’s ever been is 2.9mbps. What’s worse Mweb only caters in business hours so someone like me that works 7 days a week can never sort out an issue. I am not aloud to have my phone by me between 7am and 17:30pm. The let’s chat and WhatsApp channel are just as pathetic. Then furthermore they deduct ridiculous amounts off your bank account. On the 22nd of January I paid a direct payment of R299 via electronic transfer because the site said that what I owe. So I did. Then in the beginning of February they deducted R514 and the invoice shows the months tariff plus from the 21st of January. So why the hell did I have to pay 299 in January. And best of all it’s show no internet connection most of the time so why am I paying. I am so disgusted and rather angry that these WiFi providers just try making money out of you but never provide the service they advertise. Why is there no support after hours that’s just pathetic. I have sent emails and tried to contact them on WhatsApp and the Mweb site and tried to call MTN too but nothing. Mweb account number 62317120

On the 16th of April 2024 I got an email that they want to finalise my account to ownership. I explained my boss didn’t pay me yet and would sort it out I did a bit later then I promised. Round mid may I sorted it out. This morning I get another rental invoice. The 6 June I received correspondence that I must pay. I sent an email the account is paid up. What the hell is going on it’s paid up. Are you people ***********. For 33 months without getting paid I have made a plan to pay my account what more do you want from me. It’s paid in full leave me alone now.
Moved. Unlocked my new location. Waiting 11 hours for my internet service. 4 phone calls and promises to call back NOTHING!!!!!! WhatsApp channel up to **** too

PURCHASED A LTE WIFI DEVICE. RAM CAME TO DELIVER IT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO MY MOTHER BECAUSE MY ID WAS NOT THERE. SUPERSONIC ONLY TOLD ME MY MOTHER ID MUST BE THERE. SEND ME A NOTIFICATION 9 BUT I LEAVE FOR WORK AT 6. NOT MY FAULT THE STUFF IS NO THERE. RAM COURIERS HAVE ARROGENT DRIVERS. IT NOT THE FIRST TIME. BUT THE DRIVER CANCELLED THE ORDER. SUPERSONIC DOESNT REFUND OF DELIVERY MY GOODS. I HAVE ENQUIRED WHERE THE WIFI IS BUT NO ANSWERS. THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBERS DONT WORK. **** SERVICE. **** CLIENT SERVICE. RAM IS ****!!!!!!!
