im still waiting for funds recalled requested on 20th december 2022 A Consultant is attending to your request . The turnaround times are approximately 48 Hours for Standard Bank and 3- 5 business days for Agent Banks depending on the complexity or any delay in the Agent Banks response which may result in an extended turnaround time. The charge applicable for such a recall is R310.00 per item which will be charged upfront. Please always Quote QMRC reference number on subject field for any future queries. Please can we have a Proof of Payment attached in PDF format when submitting a recall request. This is a new requirement for Banks to be able to apply our reversal requests. Proof of payment should be for the amount of the payment being recalled and not the charge. Each time i order from them , my order is wrong , they just dont send items, today i never got two pies im done with them. Worst company ever ill rather stay hungry than order from them.
Ive just received an sms stating " we accept u agree to amount R**** owed to Computech Credit Services PTY........... Firstly my husband has DYSLEXIA ...... CANT READ AND WRITE........ When i phoned the number given 0129400140 the man on the other side asked me if he always has DYSLEXIA!!!!! REALLY!!!!!! THIS IS DESGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST. LOOSE MY DETAILS I OWE YOU NOTHING!!!!!!
My Acer Iconia Tab 7 was bought at incredible connection 25th February and has since been in at Acer twice where the main board was replaced. Initially all documents went with the device to Acer and never returned. The second time the device went in I was not asked for proof of payment. It has now gone in a third time and they need to replace it as it cant be repaired and they are insisting on the proof if payment which they never returned to me. Stuart says he cant help me and i need to get a duplicate proof of payment. Which they have misplaced I use this device daily. Its costs me in excess of 250 rand for WiFi each time to set the device up again. Acer does not care.
