You cannot argue with idiots, 1 month and 2 days of phoning the various call centres ... still no joy; no one gets back to you
I have been using Bob the Plumber for many years; in my own property as well as an apartment block. Great quality of work, great staff; any type of plumbing work including renovations done to a high standard

Avoid this company. Apart from being instrumental in bringing the South African Tourism industry to its knees; they reject most claims. I paid thousands in additional insurance on my house; just to find out that nothing is covered when it comes to claiming. I have now seen the light and have moved to another company
Next time you need a courier; book a boat - it will be much faster. Delays are not 24 hours; but up to 7 days
I have had internet problems for 2 years!!!! Phoning Hellkom every month.. then they 'fix' it. I give up!!!
Your call centre service is atrocious - lack of comprehension. How many times do I need to explain
Geyser burst last Wednesday; today is Monday - still nothing. Have to phone everyone to ask; no one lets me know. Geyser was supposed to be couriered on Friday - Monday still nothing. Terrible terrible service
My internet line keeps on dropping for months - I have to phone Telkom every week; then they 'test' it; log a call and the call is closed. In the mean time, I am spending a small fortune on purchasing cell data to set up a wi-fi connection, as the ADSL service I am PAYING for hardly ever works. I have no again logged a call - please sort this out!!!
