Bad service. I had a pocket router for more than 3 years paying R190 for data, i received a call from one agent and i was told that they have a special i will be paying R169 for the same amount of data and i agreed. June they debited R169, July they debited R411 and on my statement it said once off subscription fee, now I received a statement saying they will debit R505 for subscription. I call the customer care i dont get any assistance. Why do you have to change once off subscription every month and its going high why????
I hired driver and registered the car under Uber, the driver was working for someone under his Fleet then when he stopped working for him in December he sent a email to Uber requesting to be removed from the fleet account. He was advised that he must ask the owner of the fleet account. He did and owner confirmed that he removed him. It's been four weeks and we haven't received payment. Unfortunately the fleet owners account is blocked due documents being expired and we not sure if Uber is paying the money into his account. We set an appointment with Uber to discuss this matter they agreed to call us but till today we haven't received a call.
I canceled my Rain end of November and I was billed for December. December I called in to find out why I was billed and I spoke to one of the agents and they explained. I asked them to make payment arrangements, got an sms that I'll be paying R250 for 6 months. Come the 31st of December I get billed for January. I call the offices of Rain on the 31st of December no answer , called again today 2nd of January still no answer but I do get sms's saying on of the agents will call me. I am willing to pay just to clear my name, but why am I being charged where as I asked them to stop the billing and I pay as I agreed. I'm not happy with Rain hence I canceled now I'm being punished for canceling. Worst service ever I wouldn't recommend any to be in a agreement with rain😡😡
Did-Chem terminate my sister's contract, now they don't want to pay what is due to her and the head office people don't want to send her UIF forms so she can claim her UIF money. It been 2 months now promising her that they will send the forms and her money. She's been sending them emails but she gets no response. Please help in this matter
I sent my funeral policy claims on the 17th of May and they said pay out would be done within 48hrs, I'm still waiting for the pay out till today I haven't received my money. The funeral was on Saturday I had to borrow money. Every month they are quick to remind you about their next debt.
