Bought sparkling watermelon and strawberry boba and I got hot because she took water there in the table not the fridge I told her it's warm can't drink and refused to make another instead they spoke their own language with her collegue I left I'm very disappointed with how they handle customers I threw that away I couldn't drink it.

Very poor service I have been waiting on my refund since the 9 August they keep telling stories everyday I'm very disappointed with their service.
Wrote to them 5days ago regarding their knobs of my pots that broke for replacement till to date they never responded, where is the life time guarantee?
I requested a ride via card platform no drivers were available money deducted and not returned in my account when queried telling me to wait 14days day to 30 days very disappointing bad service
Very dissapointed I signed up with them made payment they sent installers and couldn't fine network in my area not sure why they Ddnt say before payment was made, they promised to call and refund me till now waiting for my refund calling calls are dropped whatsap messages no response just apology for delay and I need to pay another company that will assist with that money asap.
Done immidiate transfer to another account in the 25th November till now funds have reflected been calling back and fourth they seeing the money been escalating to other departments till today haven't received anything not a call from them as promised I'm very angry and disappointed
