Bought a R15k chain which broke without excessive force and hardly wearing it. They state their policy is 6 months warranty even for such expensive items that clearly has a defect. Poor quality be careful before purchasing there.

Dial Direct increases Premiums by 25% then deletes any social media comments made and refuse to explain how they got to a 25% increase irrespective of no changes to Risk. Kingprice increases by around 5%.
Is there a reason why you are the only Insurance company that increase Premiums by more than 25% annually? I only checked my statement now. Shocking.

I app**** at Cape Gate branch. Head office requested a stamped bank statement which I sent through. What I am trying to understand is why do I need to print a bank statement when you normally accept a stamped bank statement emailed through?

Has anyone had a problem with Samsung repair store in Old Oak Cape Town? I went there to claim, under warranty, a faulty Flip phone screen which gave problems without damaging it. The consultant pointed out some scratches on the back of the phone only. Suddenly the next day, there was a dent on the front of the phone. Almost impossible as a user to damage it due to the nature of a Flip phone. I requested time stamps of when the pictures were taken of the damage. Turns out the timestamp was 16:14. Based on what I can recall, those pics were taken before 16:07. Requested video evidence as this will be conclusive evidence as to whether damages were there before hitting the repairs assessment but was denied this opportunity. How does one resolve this? Neither Samsung nor the store is willing to assist. I will gladly retract if proven wrong but something does not sit well with this issue.
