I am so disappointed and broken at the fact that I went to buy groceries at WESTGATE JHB 129 Ontdekkers Road Horizon View 1725 this was on the 30th November 2025 I bought 6 pack of milk like I usually do to my surprise that this time around I will have to regret ever buy milk there I’ll tell you why I opened a pint of milk and a day or two it’s spoiled thought to mussels maybe it’s hot but it was on the refrigerator n I thought let me open another pack and still same thing I then took an initiative of reporting this via online platform FACEBOOK they requested I send them proof and they’ll contact me . It’s been over a week already and till to day none has bothered to text me as they advised that the food team will reach out on both email n text. I even went to an extent of keeping the spoilt milk thinking that maybe they will send dash over to swap as I need milk for my daughter now I had to opt for other brands because the sooo trusted woolies had food quality now I have doubts that something will ever be done. Food quality has never been an issue before but now 1/10 that’s my scale n worse even when you wanna buy kids yogurts when looking at the date they expire in the next 5 days my question is my does the team still question the quality of the food bout Very dissatisfied
I don’t understand why are they calling me I asked for my number to be removed from their list but they still calling me I don’t understand this they harassing me with these on going call should I now file since they don’t understand POPI Act please stop calling me I have no instrest doing business with you
I have never been for disappointed in my life ever, so I ordered to pizzas with hopes that they will deliver to my surprise when the food arrived it was burn with quality issues, I reported with hopes that they will do better to my surprise the meal they sent had no meat as it was suppose to be something meaty I then when and sent pictures to the manager I’d like to believe and they just responded with an OK how shocking and dissatisfying I mean I spent my money hoping I will get best but nah they didn’t deliver as expected. I’m hurt by the fact that this particular location or restaurant always one has to complain to get the best quality in food at this point all I want is my money and they can forget about me ever placing any order with them. They same the meal is something meeting they should call it something saucy with onions as it was. Refund my money that’s all
I am soo disgusted 🤮 and sick to my stomach about the product bought at Pick ‘n Pay which firstly had good quality issues which might have led to food poisoning, I bought -2 pack of parmalat yogurts and all of the right when you open them they have a brownish color which might seem as they are spoiled they are are far from being spoiled looking at the date and on top of it all I now fear that not being aware my had 1 for her snack and i only noted yesterday that they are not good to use. I am seeking a refund for this I can even attach all evidence
I am so saddened and disappointed with the service of UberEats , I place a order and the driver can with an incorrect order and he said he might have delivered the food to someone else so I asked him way forward and he suggested that he takes the food with him in exchange to what I ordered , I then took the meal and took a picture of the incorrect order and he drove with the food and this was on the 15th March 2025 and till to date he never came back, I then requested a refund since I never received my meal from KFC and even now I’m still waiting for my refund, I don’t understand why does it have to take long for them to process my refund and on top of that why do I have to go back and forth with them with my money , services delivery is poor on UberEats 👎🏽👎🏽and I would like to get my refund my a curtesy meal because of being inconvenienced n even if the font can they just refund me my money.
I have not still received any solid reason as to why did FNB run a credit check without my knowledge and I was not applying for any loan but I was just opening an account with them and that messed up and dropped my credit score with 10 point and I am still waiting on them with the solid reason as to why they ran a credit check, the account was opened by Tebalelo Mahlaba who never advised anything about the credit check. I am soo disappointed and now I don't even trust FNB with my information.

I have not even got any feed back as to MTN deleting my details on their old system and I had advised that I am trying to build up my credit score however no one is even contacting me in any form I have to make a follow up each and every day and instead I get all the automated responses from them and really this is frustrating as I have tried sending emails, messages via Facebook messenger, even went to an extent of writing a review on twitter but still I haven't got any solid feed except from them advising that hey will delete my information but they just gave me false hopes and sold me dreams.
FNB - UNAUTHORISED CREDIT CHECKS I have just checked my credit score on Compuscan. The following Credit Query has shown 30th January 2024 FNB MBG Multi Product (Card / Cheque / RCP I have not made any applications to FNB for credit or loans, etc. Why does this reflect on my Credit Report Summary? Seems like FNB is running credit checks without the necessary consent. This is *******.
The worst bank ever I have made a cardless withdrawal however it says incorrect pin and password next thing it says the voucher has been used yet I did not received anything from them . Logged in a complain with them was promised it will be resolved till now I haven't received any calls from their team All I want is my money I don't owe you anything and I would never recommend anyone to bank with you guys cause all you do is rob people their money I just want my funds
