Terrible experience with Supersonic’s Air Fibre 50 MB service. It only worked for 2 days in the entire month. I cancelled the service, but it still shows as active on my account, and I keep getting emails about it. The installation was poorly handled. The technician cut the cable of my existing dish in half to use for theirs instead of installing a new one as he should have. Customer support is non-existent. They have blatantly ignored all my communications over the past three months. I’ve sent about 15-20 WhatsApp messages, 5-10 emails, and called around 12-15 times, and never got a response. The one person I did get ahold of promised someone would call me, but that never happened. Would not recommend

This company's conduct is beyond disappointing. When we moved into the flat, it was a far cry from the promised showcase. Broken facilities, power cuts, and false amenities plagued our stay. And now, upon moving out within a month, they have the audacity to demand two months rent as a penalty (say bye to your deposit). It's outrageous! As a tenant, I deserve fairness and transparency. But that's not all. The threatening emails they send are unacceptable. No one should be subjected to such ************.
Rain has a 24hr promise that they will answer all support tickets I have now logged 3 in the past week and have called them and they promised to get back to me and still nothing till this day, I took the top package made sure im well covered in range of their towers but my 5g just doesnt work and they straight up just ignore you well done bro, I just want it fixed or a refund I dont want them to come put a tower in my yard
WOW where do I begin, First of all the air fiber is worse than a 4g connection, it constantly drops the router does not get a ip from the dish and then they say there was no connection drop from our side??? I was forced to use my own router cause the ****py zyxel they give you is HORRIBLE so with my own router I got things working okay for about 2 days then the disconnections started happening, NOT MY ROUTER the dish I can see this by looking at the great logs my Archer c6 TP link router provides. Then the staff / support team omg it's like they give a bunch of 2 years old's a phone and laptop and tell them go ahead start helping our paying customers, I work in IT myself I can with 100% confidence say these guys know what they are shown their 1st week on the job and thats where it ends, i tried explaining one of them that my router is not getting a ip from the dish and they kept on asking me how can I browse to the routers page then, I mean you can ask a 12 year old with a gaming pc that and he would know, its real sad seeing what a new company that seemed promising had gone to, they ignore your support calls my support tickets go unanswered for days and when I go check the ticket its marked as resolved, but there was never a response? How is this just being overseen by management, thats if there is management cause it sure has hell does not seem like it. One thing I can say for certain is PLEASE PLEASE GUYS save your time/money and go with another provider you are wating your energy with these guys.
I have been getting calls from Capitec every day looking for some guy, I got a new number from MTN and started getting these calls I understand if it happens once or twice but I get it each and every day and tell them nicely he does not have this number any more they say they will change it now and then the next day I get another 3-5 calls. They only call and don't care about the end user. They say they remove the number or "make a note" but nothing is done
Planet 42 is probably the most expensive rent to own company out there I promise you you can get a car cheaper any where else and then the dealer has an attitude when you say its expensive he says "Not if your blacklisted haha" im not even blacklisted I just dont have credit. Stay away from these scammers you can get a better car cheaper anywhere else. And just fro comparison thet wanted me to pay 5800 a month plus 8999 deposit for a car thar costs R78000
Hi, My experience with mobicred has been absolutely dreadful, I refuse to believe they have any customer service staff as they are horrible in communicating with the customer, there was a technician error with my account almost a month ago and it has still not been resolved only got a email from mobicred last week saying they are working on it, Im pretty sure I will not take weeks or even a full hour to fix something like this but they just want to sleep on the job and leave the customers waiting with one email sent from their side STAY AWAY FROM MOBICRED
