A agent called me confirming a delivery date. Today I got a call saying they don’t deliver on that day of the week. They should listen to the recording where the guy said they only deliver a Thursday and Friday in my area. That’s not my problem my problem is I’m waiting on my bank card. After getting Total rewards vouchers I’ve tried paying at the store with a voucher but kept on declining when i looked on the app the voucher was used. This is totally unacceptable. Not the first time happening.
The call center doesn’t know how to help or anything one agent will say one thing the next will say another they contradicting themselves when you request something they will try and get rid of a person. I’m totally disgusted with the level of service
