ISSUE 1: We called the service department the 8th of April 2025 to book in our vehicle to have the brakes checked and fixed, we also stressed that we need a courtesy car as we previously waited almost 4 days for our car to have a general service. We were given the 16th of April to bring it in. On the 15th WE called the dealership to check if all is in order, and were told there are no courtesy cars, but they can move our appointment to the 14th of May in order to receive a courtesy car. MORE THAN A MONTH WAIT, but we agreed. Once again we called on the 13th of May and yet again we were told there is no courtesy car. We didn’t receive any apology but were told that they would get the brakes done in a day. ISSUE 2: We dropped off our car on Wednesday morning the 14th of May. We once again had to do the following up as NO ONE really bothers to give you any updates. We were told that they are waiting for the service history on the car. (THIS CAR WAS BOUGHT FROM THEIR DEALERSHIP) yet they could not even retrieve this information. It took them more the 24 hours to give us this feedback. We then hear that this car that was sold to us actually missed 2 services!! WE WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THIS. And because of this they to investigate before they can sort out our brakes??! Bear in mind, we sent this car for 2 services since buying it and NEVER heard of this problem. Additionally we purchased a 2 year warranty with the dealership and THEY STILL DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS TO US. It’s now Monday (6 days later) and this dealership is STILL saying that they are waiting for feedback on the investigation!! We are so appalled at the service, we are stuck without a vehicle and it’s absolutely hard as we have a 4 month old baby and 2 jobs to get to. We have made several calls and messages to numerous people and NO ONE has the decency to be honest or escalate this issue. We also made many attempts to speak to the dealer principal who never returns calls or takes the initiative to get involved in matters. Absolutely disappointed in Land Rover. We have been customers for over 10 years and this is our 3rd vehicle purchase with them. Customer service department is far from treating customers fairly, they are not even apologetic for the bad experience and mishaps. Please think twice before buying a vehicle from this dealership, because they do not disclose information that is needed down the line. The service department is horrible to work with and will not handle your issue with any ease. You will need to constantly call to get a hold of anyone. We spent so much on the 2 year extended warranty only to sit with such a painful issue. Definitely makes us want to change car brands!
Please do not use RTT DURBAN. Or do not order from a company that uses RTT Durban as their courier. They do not answer landlines.(at all) my parcel has been sitting for days at their warehouse with no calls or emails regarding delivery. I have to keep calling RTT Jhb to speak to someone but the unable to assist you. Very disappointing to pay high shipping costs and sit with an issue like this which could be easily resolved if RTT took the time to deal with issues like this on hand. And actually answer their phones
Second Review as my original review was removed. DO NOT USE ONESTOP TRAVEL IN BALLITO THEY ARE RUDE AND U HELPFUL They do not wish to give you options for travel and insist that a service fee will be charged should you wish to get more options for your travel. They also prefer to work with you only if you provide them with a large budget. And instead of giving you quotes on what you want they persuade you to chose elsewise. Do not waste your time with this travel agency who even said I rather go to other agencies because they were not prepared to help me for travel for 2 with a R100 000 budget and they were not prepared to offer me options without a service fee.
Please stay away from Onestop Travel Ballito Leoaura Maharajh is one of the most unprofessional consultants I have ever worked with. Upon requesting a quote, I got numerous phones calls to which they want to advise you which holiday you should rather book instead of quoting you on what you ask for. Additionally she kept on telling me that she will have to charge me service fees for quotes as they cannot offer me options. She also keeps mentioning that she will only assist if I tell her my budget is over R200 000 for 2 adults. I find this absolutely ridiculous to tell to customers as if they only want to look after certain type of customers. Very disappointing and very rude. You actually get put off going on holiday after speaking with them. Rather use other travel agents in the areas for try different one stop shops.
Disgusting customer service My parcel went out on delivery on the 14th of August. Received an email later that night to say that it could not be delivered. No phone call I called in on Friday, Monday and Tuesday to enquire why it was not delivered and when will it be delivered, spoke to 5 consultants who were rude and not helpful. Why are consultants employed if they are going to be so rude and unhelpful. Each call is costly and to date no one has given me feedback
Most pathetic and useless courier. Difficult to get a hold of and no one calls you back. These guys have a don’t care attitude and do not have common courtesy to return calls. Big brands should not partner with this company. I will never order with a brand that uses this horrible company!
2 MONTHS GONE AND STILL NOT CONNECTED TO DISNEY. DSTV DEBITED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR AND HAS STILL NOT PROVIDED THE SERVICE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED AS THEY JUST IGNORE EVERY CALL AND EMAIL ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DISNEY PLUS VIA DSTV IS A SCAM!!!
