I purchased a 3kg bag of parrot food on December 16 2025 to prevent running short during the holiday period. I opened the packet on 15 January 2026 and my parrot ended up ill due to amount of dust in the food, the people who were handling the food were sneezing and coughing due to the dust content. Pick & pay refuse to do anything about this as the item is out of the return window, they couldn't care less that my parrot could have died due to the quality of this food! NEVER AGAIN
After making and confirming a payment arrangement with capitec bank on my credit card, they still proceeded with two debit orders the moment funds came in my account even though I explained prior to the funds coming in that the funds are coming in to cover medical expenses as I am currently unemployed. My health cannot take priority at the moment as capitec refuses to reverse the two debit orders even though I was told by their consultant that this will not happen!
This is a vanity business. I ordered a vanity on April 11 to the value of R3200! Till today May 25, 2025 my vanity is not ready and all I have been hearing is you will receive it in two days or three days but it never arrives. I have now requested to be refunded on May 22, 2025 but there is no sign or confirmation of my refund and the owner will never answer his phone and reply to messages in his own time after I waited way over a month!
I have been on the phone since the early hours of this morning with citiq customer service, over R200 in credit was used on their call because they keep you on hold for over 20 minutes with no results and the agents refused to call me back. I am still sitting with minimum electricity and the voucher is not going through
This buisness does not even deserve a single star! On March 16 I placed two orders on the ubereats app as we had guests. One order was for a pizza and the second order was for ice-cream that the little children wanted. The pizza arrived cold and the ice-cream was melted and leaking. Due to the fact that I had guests I had to pop the pizza in the oven and freeze the ice-cream. I brought this to the attention of ubereats, after sending me multiple automated messages, they have closed the chat and mentioned there is nothing that can be done. This is terrible customer service
I sent some work files using the door to locker option on Pudo. Currently the incorrect person is sitting with the incorrect WORK files, thanks courier guy switching the parcels. I need the correct person to have the correct documents by Monday 12/1 so they can be signed but all the team did was transfer from one agent to the next or disconnected my call.
I'd like to share my terrible experience at the game store in pavilion. I placed an online order for an office chair, I received a confirmation email with an otp to collect my chair from the store. A day later I sent a driver and they are unable to locate my order, after making the driver run up and down for about 40 minutes he had no choice but to leave as he had other trips to take care of. The staff are unhelpful and refuse to understand things from a customers point of view. I did not receive any apology for this kind of service but they have disconnected my calls more than once. I then had to pay the driver a fee and it was for nothing because I did not receive my order that they told me was available at the store. Pathetic service, this store actually does not even deserve the one star.
I signed a contract with vodacom on the 21June. The sales guy promised I will have my connection active by the 25June because I was starting a new virtual job and it was urgent. 4 technicians and a manager later and I still have no active connection. The technicians either do an incomplete job or are clueless and the manager lied to my face Ensuring me he will have it sorted out on the same day. Today is the 4July and I still have no active connection and the technician that was around today to fix things ended up causing more damage. Vodacom doesn't give a damn that I could lose my job due to their terrible service and lies, all they give me is eta, escalation or I will call you back shortly and doesn't happen. The amount of money I've spent on credit calling these guys is unbelievable. Vodacom doesn't even deserve the one star but unfortunately there is nothing lower. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
