Justine Lombard was patient and guided me with such calmness, giving me all available options. We need more people like him! When you call, ask to speak to Justine if you want your issue resolved promptly. He is the man for the job!
Always pains me having to give negative ratings, but what can we do when poor service in a culture in this company. They loaded 3 of 6 bags from OR Tambo to Bram Fischer airport. Went to the reception to establish what is going on, there is no one there. Apparently, everyone went to the flight. What the hack is a receptionist doing in the flight? Who must assist customers? We waited from 09:30, and still waiting. These are the reasons why they will never get any close to a mere “good” service. They think assisting a customer is a favour. Pathetic! I wish we can have more options in South Africa because lack of competition makes these ones be comfortable with a substandard service.
Dear Jetour South Africa, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent issue with our Jetour X70’s tailgate, and the subsequent handling of the matter by your dealership. Recently, we experienced a malfunction where the tailgate could not close electronically. Following the instructions in the owner's manual, we attempted to disable the electronic mode by pressing the back door button 8 times within 30 seconds, as advised. However, despite multiple attempts, the manual closing function did not work either. Given the urgency and the fact that this occurred at night, we were left in a highly vulnerable situation. In South Africa’s security context, it is simply unthinkable to leave a vehicle standing overnight with the tailgate wide open. For our safety and security, we had no choice but to manually remove the door hatches in order to close the tailgate and protect both the vehicle and its contents. We then brought the vehicle to your dealership in good faith, expecting assistance under the vehicle’s warranty. To our dismay, we were informed that the malfunction could not be covered due to "bent hatches" — an explanation that raises serious concerns for us. There were no prior incidents or accidents that could reasonably account for such damage, and the suggestion that this issue is our fault, despite following the prescribed troubleshooting steps, is both unfair and unsatisfactory. Currently, we are seating with a car whose doors cannot lock. We were assured that we would receive a follow-up call or email. Until now, no such communication has been received. We request the following: 1. A detailed technical report explaining how the alleged "bent hatches" caused the issue. 2. An explanation as to why the warranty does not cover this situation, despite our adherence to manual guidelines. 3. Immediate feedback on the outcome of the internal review or escalation promised during our call. We trust Jetour stands by the integrity of its vehicles and the support offered to its customers. We look forward to a timely and constructive resolution.
Worst mistake made in 2024 was taking ooba home insurance for our first home. House damaged by storm in October and we reported to date no help 😡 Now the situation is worsening due to heavy rainstorms in the region. We will be tapping out and we DO NOT RECOMMEND this *********** insurer to anyone. Worst service I have ever received so far!!! Worse than SA Government!
They have a contract with the institution I work for and are expected to provide a service to students and to be on standby during our events (of which they get paid for it). Send them an email and ask for a quotation, they will ignore your emails. It has been over a year now, and they constantly deliver dissapointments. Mohau Mothobi, Franco Griesel and Tatolo Nkoe do not care about responding to clients and it is concerning. My advise: do not contract them for too long, they get too fami**** with the environment and you will suffer. I will be tabling the poor service in relevant meetings and ask for contractual review.
If you want the worst experience, this is the place to go. Serviced my car and then it started misfiring! Kept calling to try and get assistance and they genuinely do not care! I regret taking my car there, and this was the last time.
Best car dealership with best customer service. The manager, Chris, is very responsive and offers great service with kindness. His ability to listen and make the customer feel heard is out of this world 🙌🏼 If you want the best place to buy a car, look no further!
