CSS Credit solutions, what's the point of getting us to submit documents to proof unemployed whilst you'll keep on harassing people. You consultants are very rude to us and I will be contacting Cell to appoint another debt collector if they want to collect money from me other than that I won't be paying off the account. How do you expect me to pay you after you told me to figure how I'm going to pay my debt when I told you I'm currently unemployed and have sent my documents to you ... It's my money after all and I have every right to decide what to do with it and I would have worked very hard to be told those words... I can not and never tolerate your unprofessional behaviour. I'm also gonna report this to Cell c customer care
Firstly, Last week I requested for a road side assistant only to find out that the roadside assistance in the contract does not refer to the road assistance we all know of and clearly we have been misled when signing up the contract and I tried calling but the explanation is not clear and how do I pay for road side assistant at tracker whilst I have to also pay the third party for the services Secondly, I was offered an exemption for this month's debit order and to my surprise and amount of R497 ( double) was debited it to my account This is a simple thing and small money for People who have money but small things count when collectively and my frustrations come when you think you have resolved problem with a company you thought they are professional and only to find out there's no communication in the company or company just hire *********** staff. Having all this problem from a company I trusted make me wonder what will happen when my car is ****** or when I need to recover my vehicle.
I am not happy with the services received from cell c costumer care, all Cell C is forever good at is overcharging it's clients and that will never change, if you quiry about the invoice they hangup our calls, why do you still wanna continue being our service provider while you can not provide good services. If Cell C customer services can not help you they must just stop celling us to sell us cellphone contracts coz this is just not what we should be paying for.
Can anyone including the CEO and CFO at Standard bank help me understand how can you charge R260 bank charges for an unpaid debit order for R247, your useless consltants can't even help or explain to me why this transaction was charged this much. how is it possible that I am currently siting with R1138 ( 260x3+130x2+90) worth of bank charges.... In my intire banking life I have never seen a bank charge of this much even on companies...this is how the bank become this big by taking people's money and after this you still have the nerve to advertise and present your bank as the best and clean to the public
I just a Cell C contruct which I sined up for R412 and I am being charged R637, I called in to understand the reason for these extra charges and I was told to check the statement, I mean a whole consultant could not even explain why i am being overcharged... I am not happy with your services, you can't just put in charges we don't know ....I signed up for R412 and I expect the debit order to go the same
It's been a year with matrix, this guys never responded to my emergency calls and all of a sudden they increasing the monthly debit order with an explanation saying every year they will increasing my debit order with 7% and all this not being communicated.... worst,your panic batten is not responded to it and I had to call in myself which was also a waist of my airtime since you called to respond after an hour. I understand this is a money making business but what about our safety as paying clients, please get your house in order before coming to collect money from clients coz we cannot be paying for this worst service.
MBD I'm tired of dealing with your consultants, every Friday your consultants are frequently calling me on my work number ,not my number which is irritating me and I sometimes had to move from an important meeting to respond to your calls and I always to tell them one thing and I always ask them to make a note on your system and I then have to question about the professionalism of MBD staff... There is a company already collecting on the same debt you guys are trying to collect, so please check the records and notes made with the clients before making these annoying calls. Do I have to teach you how to do your work?
As part of a way to recover financially from Covid I pay all my debts so I can clear up my debts and credit record.... I have fully paid my account as arranged which is also on record that after a certain payment I won't be owing the company a cent and after the last payment went through I called to request for a paid-up letter but to my suprise the consultants in MBD are saying I'm still owing MBD. I requested an eplaination on why am I still owing the company while I had requested to pay all the outstanding amount which was paid via debit order and no one is able to explain to me and everything was on record as they say everytime...I have honuored my arrangements with the company and my request with the company to clear my debt and send me a paid-up letter. I know I am not the only one having the same problem with this company and this company is the reason many of us blacklisted due to thier charges which they impose on us they wish.
Got a phone from Blue lable connect in December 2021, It didn't take two month the phone just went off without being physically damaged and I tried calling I couldn't get help on the phone and I'm basically paying for a phone which did not do it's purpose Secondly, I never missed a debit order on my account but to my surprise you debited twice in to my account on the same month worst I called to get money I'm been told to send a bank statements to an email that is not working...I'm not happy with the fact that I have to call to ask for my money back worst the phone is not working
