Although it's a Government Clinic and the ques are usually always long, the people there are friendly and very helpful to show you where each department is and the process to get you started on seeing the Doctor at the relevant department and to collect your medication

Johan is an absolute ****ster! He was highly recommended on a niche Facebook group which I won't mention. His service started off brilliant (he was supposed to manufacture & erect a steel gate on my property). Sent the quote which I accepted & paid the 60% deposit as requested. What a HUGE MISTAKE! A day later he asked if I could pay the full balance, then it was an excuse of something wrong with his bakkie. Since then, he doesn't answer any of my WhatsApp messages, sms's, WhatsApp calls, normal calls etc. His address also speaks volumes as there is no area. Only Pretoria. Plot 285 Portion 33 Pretoria Johan (no surname on the quote) 068-810-4839 DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS ********* ****STER!!! You'll loose your money Hello Peter should have a zero star rating as an option. He doesn't even deserve the 1 star

Compliment to The General Store Silver Lakes
I've bought various items at The General Store, Silver Lakes branch & super impressed. You can find anything & everything you need there, and it's quality products as well. In all the years buying from them, I've never had to return a single item. I buy lots of products for my business from them as well. The staff are awesome, I know a lot of them by name & if I'm in a crazy rush, I can just walk up to them, and in no time at all, they assist & find what I need. Awesome shop & staff

Compliment to The Courier Guy staff at Silver Lakes
This is the best courier service in SA. I have sent many packages via the Silver Lakes branch & it is the most wonderful feeling to walk in there. Friendly, professional people & a welcoming atmosphere. I got to know Nami who was my person :-) Packages always arrived the next day safe & sound @ unbelievable prices. From the frontline staff, to the cleaners and even some driver's got to know me and always greet. Their attention to detail exceeds customer expectations by far WELL DONE TEAM SILVER LAKES

TELKOM PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
Robyn Abdie was brilliant & patient. I'm an irrate furious customer with Telkom's non existent Customer Service. We are Household with 3 different problems with Telkom accounts!!!! PATHETIC Robyn, thank you for your patience & diplomatic way of trying to assist me. I AM HOWEVER OF THE OPINION PERSONALLY NOT TO EVEN CONSIDER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH TELKOM. THEIR BILLING SIDE IS BEYOND PATHETIC
