So I have an access bond but I cannot transfer money because I need to PHYSICALLY go to a branch in SA to have the accounts linked. Even after I explained I am overseas and do not plan on returning in the next couple of years no one is willing/able to do this over the phone or the banking app.
I went it to the montana park kolonnade branch to close my business accounts. The accounts are still not closed as of today. I followed the instructions given to me by the bank and still not completed. Utter incompetence costing me bank costs. I emailed the bank's business manager, no feedback 2 weeks later.
I cannot withdraw my money, this is illegal what you guys are doing.
Easy Equities are holding my money and will not release it so I can withdraw it. Idah Masekela sent me an email with instructions I have to prove all my earnings for my deposit as if they are some kind of audit company. They take 2-3 days to answer an email and you cannot call them. I would highly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with this company.
I ported from Prepaid Vodacom to PrePaid MTN 2 days ago. My number is not working, no-one can call me, it says the number does not exist. This is serious, I need my phone to work for business.
Telkom will not s**** an erroneous charge on my account which they are the reason for - Black Friday deal last year which they only activated in the new year but charged me one month during time they struggled to activate the phone and I could not use it. The way this company operates is beyond belief. I will never consider a new contract with Telkom until they resolve this account problem and s**** their charge.
I took out a new mobile phone contract and indicated I would like my Vodacom prepaid number ported to it. Telkom told me I must first port to Telkom prepaid and then they will do a number change on the contract. I did my part and ported to Telkom prepaid and it has now been 3 weeks of phoning, pleading, complaining to get Telkom to do the number change. In the meantime I cannot use any of the bundles of the contract on my prepaid. I want to cancel this contract if this is not resolved. Reference number: ********** 4
<p>I cannot believe that a new system does not allow a transfer of ownership of a contract. This has been going on for months and I read another review in July last year where a person had the same problem. This is not an acceptable excuse to hide behind, Vodacom! I want to transfer a personal cellphone contract to a business contract and the Vodashop in Kolonnade keep on telling me it is not possible to do yet. Maybe I should just cancel the contract outright and go with a new contract at MTN if you cannot help me Vodacom.</p>

This is a Telkom problem and it needs to be fixed fast or I'll cancel my contract due to non-service delivery.
