I would like to commend a wonderful service from Ronelle Ellenburgh. She was patient and went all out to assist us with our issue even with another issue concerning Primeloan but she went out of her way to assist us. I think the NCR needs to investigate such lenders as they disappear without trace. I have paid them now they won’t issue my paid up letter they keep saying they will send it and now it has been 2 days their number is not going through
Paid up my Lendplus account through them as I was handed over it has been over a month and no paid up letter has been issued i keep calling and they keep lying saying they will send and when I contact Lendplus no funds have been allocated…this company needs to be reported and closed down for being unprofessional and ****ming people
I have been requesting for a paid up letter for 2 weeks now instead they say they will send it and never do this is unacceptable.. now they got their money to H*ll with me!!
My husband and I recently started the debt review process and we wanted to cancel just after we signed up but they refused so we continued with it because we knew in a few months we will have money to clear our debt and the person we spoke to said we can cancel. Now we have paid off all our debt and only left with one that we can pay off ourselves and they refusing we have not signed any documents with the court so I really don’t understand why they sold us **** information that we can cancel then now that we want to they refusing so you guys want us to stay indebt forever
I have been complaining for years with the service experience. I have paid my Vodacom account in Full in 2022 and signed a cancellation form but now I am in the red for owing Vodacom, they keep investigating as they say but nothing changes. Vodacom is really playing with our credit score because it has a huge impact now it is difficult to even get a cellphone contract because I am owing something I paid in full. DO BETTER VODACOM EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN IT COMES TO YOU.
I PAID MY VODACOM ACCOUNT IN APRIL 2022 AND SIGNED A CONTRACT CANCELLATION LATER IN JUNE AND SENT IT TO THEM TO MY SURPRISED THEY DID NOT CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND NOW THEY HANDED ME OVER FOR AIRTIME AND DATA THEY HAVE BEEN PUTTING ON A SIMCARD THAT I HAVE NOT USED IN A LONG TIME. I DON'T SEE MYSELF RECOMMENDIG VODACOM TO ANYONE BECAUSE WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ****MING PEOPLE
I had an account with vodacom and I settled the amount for my phone they sent me a letter with the settlement amount and i have not even been using their simcard. They removed everything on the bureau now all of a sudden i get an email that I have arrears of 360 something on the account that i settled i sent them an email and no one is communicating back and these arrears are messing with my bureau score that i suddenly have arrears on an account i am not using this is absurd and if vodacom is like this i would never recommend anyone to take out an account by them
I took out a finmobi in October 2021 was handed over and paid it in early 2022 and received paid up letter from the lawyers and when I asked them to remove it from the bureau I was told they already did and i must contact Finchoice to do the same i have been trying to contact them and even sent them the email to remove this but no one has gotten back to me and one of their legal people said they will remove it and still nothing, i have also sent my paid up letter to compuscan and disputed it but it is stil ruining my credit report..
i made a clame the 01/04/2022 for my father's retirement fund however i have not gotten a response i go to the branch and know assists me they tell me to wait for sms that never comes through. I have been waiting for months and i have emailed and complained however they keep telling me that they will investigate and get back to me and know one has gotten back to me i am very disappointed by the service old mutual is giving people.
