We camped at Forever Resort Bela-Bela from 21–31 December, and what an unforgettable holiday it was! Truly one of those holidays that will stay with us forever. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The cleaning staff really stood out — they didn’t just recognise us around the camp area, but would greet us and even stop for a friendly chat when they saw us at the swimming pools. That personal touch made such a big difference. At the swimming pools, every single lifeguard was amazing. They were friendly, energetic, and genuinely made every swimming experience fun and exciting. The tube rides with the lifeguards were an absolute highlight — so much laughter and fun for everyone! The store and food stalls were also great: friendly service and stocked with everything we needed during our stay. But the biggest highlight for us was definitely the Fun Zone. Eddie, Sydney and Given — you are incredible! We rushed to see them every single day, not only for the competitions but because of the amazing energy and fun they brought. They went out of their way to include everyone — from the youngest children to older kids and even adults. No one felt left out, and the joy they created was contagious. This was truly a holiday we will never forget. We had an absolute blast and will highly recommend Forever Resort Bela-Bela to anyone and everyone looking for fun, family time, and unforgettable memories. 🌟

We ordered from the steers app from steers centurion lifestyle... We ordered 2 burgers and large chips... I asked for no garnish and no bacon... One burger had garnish and bacon on... The other one did not but neither did it have the pineapple.. Both burgers were so soggy the bottom bun was unedible... The chips was old and burned... I immediately responded on the app as this is wrong and requested a phone back... But nothing... I am very sad and mad, as we genuinely maybe have money for takeaways once a month... This is like our big luxury and then it's spoiled like this.
We always have amazing service at KFC Blu valley mall. Meisie is just always so helpful and friendly.
We went for a breakfast birthday at Midrand Protea hotel. We had a lovely breakfast. But I want to point out how wonderful our waiter was, Francina was just amazine and wonderful.
On the 5th of March our debit order at Telkom did not go through. We did not receive an email or a sms to let us know, we were totally unaware of this. I normally go through all my debit orders, but this month I forgot and what a big mistake. Around the 20th they cut our line and when we inquire about it, they told us that we did not pay. Which I quickly confirmed and by the 21st I made the payment via eft and 3 days later our lines was restored. All of this a hassle but understandable, although they could have just let us know it did not go through. (Our debit order is R948) By the 25th of March they debited R1421 from my bank, which I do not understand because we went in and the penalty for debit failure is just over R200 , R900 plus R200 doesn’t make R1400… But they said nothing else will go off and the on the 5th of April they debited R948 again from my account. We went in and the sales people were very helpful, although they could not tell us why the R1400 was taken, they did submit a query. Mpho Mogotsi phone us and yelled at me about how they don’t owe us and they did not take anything because the R1421 doesn’t show on my statements, but I have submitted my bank statements with all the amounts they took. I tried to talk to Mpho Mogotsi but everytime I say something she just goes on, giving no one chance to speak, even though I told her, that I was on my way to work and cannot have this conversation now. Then my wife grabbed my phone and yelled back, because she just did not give us anytime to explain or query our request…. I don’t ever want to speak to Mpho Mogotsi again and I will be requesting the recording from that call, to be made public as very bad customer services. And I am still waiting to hear where the R1421 went and why, because we live from paycheck to paycheck, that was part of my groceries money, how must I survive if they just take without explaining, I did not authorize that amount to be taken. I understand taken penalties which is suppose to be just over R200, I understand that they might have taken it even though I paid eft as it may not have reflected, but by the 5th it is suppose to be reflecting as they took it and when I ask question, don’t treat me like a dog. I did nothing wrong except for one time in my life not checking up on my debit orders…
My Willard battery has started giving problems by not starting the car. So I took it in to Midas Wierdapark where they assisted me by giving me a loan battery, after a day or 2 they phoned me and told me that I have to bring the car in for them to test the alternator, because the rep of Willard doesn't want to give a replacement battery unless they knew the problem was not with my car. I took the car and they tested the alternator and it is working 100%, so the problem is not with my car. After the test they said they will come back to me. As if yet I haven't received any feedback. Everytime I phone to find out what is going on, they keep on saying the rep is not there and will phone me back. But they don't phone me back and I have been repeatedly phoning with the same results. It's been over a month now, I am using the loan battery but the battery is much smaller than what my car needs, which is still resulting in problems for me everytime I need to drive.
