To whom this may concern! I am very disappointed in the service myself and husband has been getting with your Vw Tokia dealership which we been going to for years, purchased both our cars there and this isn’t the first instance where we have received such bad customer experience! My car was booked in on the 23rd February 2026, to date I am still without my car which I do need to have asap for work etc. The day the car was booked in we made them aware that this issue occurred before which we booked the car in for checks and was told nothing is wrong with the car, got the car back. Same thing happens in February car shuts down completely wouldn’t start, had to wait for roadside assistance.Technician came out assessed the battery managed to start it up to get me home as I was at the office that day,he did advise the battery is the issue as it’s dated 2020 bare in mind this is a 2017 Model which we purchased in 2023. The car has only been going to this dealership for any issues/ services. The dealership was made aware that the battery isn’t an original which to our surprised shouldn’t be the case!!! As we bought the car them You! And the fact the issue picked up on the car service history shows the same things we experiencing now and were never made aware of is shocking as they ‘ suppose to checking this history each time the car is book in’ Fast forward to a week later,we logged the issue with Vw SA they told us it will take 24-48 hrs for feedback days go by - No calls? With updates we have to call you guys multiple times on 4th March for feedback to be told there no feedback like are you seriously!!! How isit taking you this long to sort out the issue? Poor communication to say the least! I am without a Car I am still paying for!

I have logged a query on the 9th of December as I opened my box to check my item and I only received 2 instead of 3, it’s a week later after following up daily using my time and money and no one calls me back after I asked for atleast a email for updates to date I haven’t received a email, I sent follow up emails to Siphamandla spoke to numerous advisors as you can check on the system they told me I will get feedback it’s past the 24-48 hours turn around time I need my refund or my item to be replaced ASAP!!!!! It’s soo frustrating having to wait! Not even MANAGEMENT is getting back to me after I said this must be escalated! It’s ridiculous how you service your customers

Dear Vodacom I am so disappointed in the service that I have received over the past 3 weeks where the error is with your store and your insurance department that did not follow the process yet taking the money each month for insurance for a device was never submitted and form were sent through 2 years ago : one for a cancellation for a device and a renewal of insurance for a new device. Have husband and myself not taken in the device for an issue we would have not known that the insurance was never activated nor cancelled. Now three weeks later we still paying and still sitting without a device. it’s been a back and forth with insurance department and the store making as if the issue is with us as clients?? Wasting some much airtime calling each and every day holding for minutes on end because we don’t receive calls unless we call you. The insurance department itself saying one issue and store another, I want you to listen to al the calls that we made. Urgent feedback is needed, been using Vodacom for years and never had this experience before.
I purchase a block of cheap valley cheddar cheese at checkers a week ago keep it in the fridge sealed when wanting to use the cheese today it’s mouldy and there a string of hair strapped inside totally disappointed
