I did not purchase my Fronx from this branch, but my Wife had taken my car too them for queries, and treated like She owns the branch not just someone who did not purchase their car from them hence unsupportive and like I have found with some top of the range vehicles. Thank you Suzuki Ermelo which I had done the purchase via you all.

PSG Short Term Insurance
There are 2 Ladies at PSG who has handdeld my short term insurance for many years. Zareena thank you always friendly helpful, speedy, sympathetic and so much more always, so many claims via this wonderful Human being cannot put into words the way you have treated me. Amo you have always gone out of the way to get me the best short term insurance, never ever gave me reason for one complaint. You are speedy with feedback and so much more. These are not just good 2 Ladies but but professional at its highest thank you so much.

These are the best People ever, I have had so many claims in the last few years and not one complaint from them, I got this insurance via PSG Broker and not 1 second I have I felt remorse keep it up. I always reference OM and PSG a special thanks to Zareena and Omo at PSG service second to none.

I would like to write a review about Cartrack
I would like to write a review about Cartrack. The worst installation in all of my years panels not replaced correctly, he was smoking before starting on my new car, now smells of smoke, attitude the worst I have ever had to deal with, after 2 bad experiences with cartrack when he arrived on time the correct day I thought third time lucky what a let down, leaning on my car, not sitting down rather falling down into the seat, not an ounce of respect for my property, I have called since Friday 8th May cartrack promised to call back not one call, and then they ask me everyday if I am happy on WhatsApp what a joke, I will try and get their stuff out of my car. 😭

Second hand cars.
Firstly the car purchased was not ready ad per the viewing agreement. Then they informed me that I must do the registration and they will reimburse me fully. I paid R1254 they refunded R770 on the 24 march after I sent them my out of pocket on the 22 January already. I am so disappointed in these people at Zido Benoni. My car went back for repairs and a tyre change as agreed, when I collected the car the stearing wheel was vibrating very badly, I had to go to Springs to redo the balancing of the wheels. So so disappointed 😞

Your Service was one of the best, after I had taken the car signed and paid a deposit I took it back because of a humming sound, Morne took it back no questions asked a deposit was paid back in 2 days. Purchased a second hand car got a gift basket and a complete car cleaning set. You are a great second hand dealership which the car didn't have the problem.

For Mpho the Financial Lady, Wow, wow and wow again she is the best financial person at a garage ever, I have purchased many cars in my life Mpho you are great thanks again 5 plus stars for you. Kenneth is the sales person that assisted me, he called me and informed me all the way through the process, only 1 small thing Kenneth get to know the car you are selling when it is not a Kia, this would have helped me a lot. I have had 2 problems with the car a flat battery that was found to be defective by a battery centre in Ermelo, and brake disks and pads worn, Kenneth kept me up to date and got permission to have them repaired and replaced (still in progressfor the brakes), thanks a million. This is the first time an out of my home town dealership has done the licensing registration and sent me the items via courier Wow gr8 work (waiting for courier) Kenneth 4 stars for you. WRT the dealership Management go to Ford in Trichard road Boksburg North and learn how to treat customers, even if they are purchasing a second hand car, I drove from Ermelo did not even meet the Manager, not offered a bottle of water, nor tea or koffee, at that Ford garage they gave us a gift hamper for my wife and a complete car cleaning set for me. I returned the car due to faults and was still treaded beyond belief, sadly gave back the gift packs 😢 but I trust you get my point only 2 stars for Management. Please ensure that Mpho and Kenneth get the credit they richly deserve 🙏
