Worst service ever! I’ve been waiting since 19 December 2025. I cancelled my LTE for this nonsense and now I’m without WiFi!
Worst customer service ever! Very unprofessional and bad with communication. I've been with Liberated debt solution since June 2024, and ever since being with them, I've had bad customer service. My profile was set up wrong, I had to search and go to their branch in CPT, even their offices looks unprofessional! About 6 months ago I decided to remove myself from debt review, because of the high interest rates incurred. It's been a struggle to get documents from them, their consultants have no phone etiquette and they charge me R900 to send documents to the legal consultants assisting me with debt review removal. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!!!
Mr Price Clothing Table Bay Mall. The manager on duty today 17 September 2024 at 17h48 doesn't know anything about customer service!! I was told by my insurance to collect my replacement cellphone at MRP Table Bay Mall, she was no help, instead continued talking to one of the staff and bluntly ignored me. You just lost a valuable customer! I won't by from your store again.

Hyundai South Africa, I've been a loyal client since 2018 when I bought my first car. 3 months ago I was in my first serious accident, and had to sent my car in for repairs, the repair centre is waiting for 2 months for a part they need to repair my car, this is the 3rd time the ETA moved to a later date. Pathetic customer service!! Soon I will be without a vehicle again, because I will have to return the courtesy car after using it for 30 days.
I tried to give Discovery insurance and their partnered repair centre the benefit of the doubt BUT I changed my mind!! My first claim experience, and 3 months later I'm still waiting for my car to be repaired. No one keeps me updated, I have to follow up. This is the most pathetic customer service. First the incorrect courtesy car was logged on my insurance policy, then I had to pay back the Uber voucher of R1500 to get a courtesy car, after a month of having to use public transport, then I had to pay an upgrade from the car hire company. Costing me more and more money, all of this while my monthly car premium and insurance get paid in full every end of the month!!! I am not happy!!!

I’ve been complaining and emailing for the past 3 weeks to the City of Cape Town. Our complex water has been switched off on the 13th of February 2024, and it’s still off!! How can you deny us a basic human need!! What about our constitutional right? What about humanity? We can’t live without water!!!
