The phone looks very new-no scratches or dents-the phone was delivered very quick but guess what? the screen stopped working after a few hours-not responding at all -Payflex must discontinue service with them
I am beyond frustrated. Every single day I call to ask about my parcel, and every single day the delivery gets cancelled. The driver keeps claiming it’s “too late” or that he “can’t reach me” yet I don’t receive a SINGLE call from him. Not once. Every time I phone in, I get the same useless response: “It’s been escalated.” Escalated to WHERE? Because nothing ever happens. No feedback. No progress. No accountability. I’m tired, irritated, and honestly shocked at how unprofessional this service is. At this point, I regret ever having my parcel sent through Buffalo. The service is unreliable, the communication is pathetic, and the excuses are endless
Worst customer service, the marketing zero matches the level of responses, they advertise and make specials for orders that they cant handle, you pay for a quick delivery only to get your products shipped weeks later, its not worth it
I have had the most horrible horrible customer service experience of my life, so a few weeks ago, i did an e-sim at MTN in limpopo, and since then my sim is not working, I relocated to Gauten and went to mtn - caltorn centre, they said they are offline, which is understandable, I went back today and wow, the lady had no interest in assisting me, she was busy on a phone when i arrived and her facial expression alone could tell that I am disturbing her, she said “you must go back to limpopo and get assistance there since we are not the ones that did?????whaaaat?? I then told her that it just says i need to rica it, she asked for my number and said no its ricad, I then called mtn so that she can hear that it says i need to rica it, she continued doing whatever she wS doing on her cellphone, she then said” personally i dont like assisting with esim, i turn people who want an esim away because it never works, she said i must go on my settings and do it there????so my question is why would MTN advertise that we can come and do an esim just to get such ??? My number is not working and I am not getting assistance
I am still waiting for a call for an escalated issue I was double debited on a date I never agreed to for something I haven't recieved They took my sons transport money and no one wants to assist with a refund
Teljoy has ruined my life....had I know before I wouldn't have set my eyes and interest on their service...by this review I'm not asking for them to do anything, but raise awareness I got a bed from them , was paying well and about a year later I got a Washington machine, then just like anyone else, my dark days came, I started experiencing financial issues, life was strucking me hard, my place was burnt to ashes with everything I owned, I lost my job I couldn't pay anymore nor return their items, I tried to start something to sustain a living but I was failing, I even took my toddler out of a day care because it just wasn't working out, I just left and went back to Limpopo because there was nothing left for me anymore......fast forward I'm very educated, skilled and experienced, I get interviews almost every week but I can't work for any company because why? Teljoy listed Me as a *****ster, even though I explained the situation to them, their consultants would just ignore me or laugh at my situation, I've given up, attempted suicide more than two times because all my years of education at one of the top universities, with merit bursaries don't mean anything anymore, who wants to hire a *****ster? I tried to make an arrangement with them that they can debit my son's sassa grant, but they said it's too little, so my life is ruined
After my previous review, I would like to appreciate the MFA team, firstly, for owning up to the the error made from their side, acknowledgment of the mistake and apologizing profusely for the inconvenience. On top of that, I'm really grateful for the gift they offered, it really touched my heart to see that they put a customer way above sales, they gifted me the very Item I had ordered with my full refund ♥️thank you for restoring my trust, I'm placing abd order pretty soon and definitely reffering my Johannesburg crew, because the quality and price of their products is unmatched
nightmare and poor customer service i made an order , 2 days after, i checked my order status and it said "cancelled" it would be good to follow up right? why cancelled? so I emailed them and asked about that cancelled status, they said I should ignore it my order is being packaged, okay fine I waited, a few days later, i check my order status " cancelled" I decided to contact them again and they still said just a slight delay but my order is coming and i should have it by Friday. Friday comes , i get an email saying my order was damaged, would i like a a refund or another product? how convenient? I call just to understand how this happened, I requested to speak to a manager and they gave me a "Manager" he was so unprofessional and could barely answer my questions, however, something very interesting he said "your order status says cancelled because your order was damaged?? Really? But I called 2 days after I placed my order, why wasn't I told this before ? I said a refund please, he said "in a FEW days" the level of professionalism?? he further said its not their fault the order is damaged, which is true, but my order always said cancelled on their system, why did i have to follow up several times for them to come back and say this on the last day??@MFA
