No delivery
I have been waiting for my parcel since the 18th of September, and all I keep receiving from you are repeated excuses with no real delivery. It is clear that I am being misled. I am now demanding that my parcel be delivered today without fail. If this is not done, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman and other relevant authorities, as this level of service is unacceptable and a clear violation of my consumer rights. Provide me with the exact location of my parcel and confirm delivery immediately.

Undelivered Package
My package was sent on the 30th of August and was rerouted on the 5th ofSeptember estimated delivery date was the 18th of September but I never got any msg for collection or any communication from paxi if there will be delays… I tried contacting them they telling me the order is still with the courier! I’m so frustrated as I need my package ASAP I wouldn’t recommend PAXI to anyone it’s so unreliable!!!

Temu is a **** when it comes to their promo games. I did the hattruck yesterday I was receiving my rewards then today I was left with 4 coins and I was told if I invite a new app user I'd get 100 coins I did that but they only gave me one coin. When I contacted their customer service they said they cannot assist me regarding my issue.. I feel like I wasted my time coz now I will forfeit everything I worked for on that hattruck

Terrible experience with DPD laser they will send you sms telling you the order is out for delivery but it will never get to you, when you call them you wait long in queue and still not get any assistance. My two parcels are with DPD laser and we're due fir delivery on the 6th but no one called you inform that the parcels won't be delivered on that datr....

Wrongfully banned WhatsApp
My number was wrongfully blocked from WhatsApp yesterday was told to wait for 24 hrs waited but still can't verify my number.. They're telling me that I'm using an unofficial WhatsApp app. I'm so frustrated because I use this WhatsApp account for school purposes. I couldn't get access to my school work today because I was wrongfully blocked

ABSA CHATWALLET
I received bad service from Absa Branch in springs cbd. I went there to get help with my chatwallet but I was not helped. They told me there's nothing they can do.. My biggest frustration is that I need the money and it is locked on the chatwallet and the person who sent me the money can't rervese it!!

Lulabet is a bigg ****, I deposited R120 last night and app**** bonus.. What puzzled me is that my money and bonus were merged. I didn't mind that as I thought it's their way of doing things. I played a game called wings of ra and won R500 I then exited the game as I wanted to withdraw the R500 I had won, only to find out that the money is still on the bonus, I logged out and logged on again with the hope that the money will reflect on my wallet on to find that the money has disappeared I tried talking to their agent they said they will escalate my query, today I contacted the agent doing a follow up only to be told that my bonus was canceled and they can't reinstate it
