Firstly I’ve been a member for years. It’s shows that I’m supposed to get bonus for being a premier member not once have I got a bonus yet other people so To I lost a r5100 on cash volt because the game was faulty and no one can assist So I basically just have to accept that I made a loss and no one can help there after because the game was faulty on your website The money I’m explaining to Emmanuel the problem he rather tells me to bet again now why would I take a risk again just for the game to be faulty
Another day of still not coming right momentum at this point I am feed up even when you lay a complaint they don’t worry about your claim still After being **** to for an entire week they put no urgency into customer satisfactory. Honestly worst company to deal with their agents don’t worry about assisting clients. Maybe if I take this to social media they will decided to wake up
Worst company to ever deal with. I have been calling an entire week regarding my pension fund and all the agents can do is lie to me no really assists me everyday there’s a new story of when my claim will be paid out and honestly it’s getting frustrating now. I literally call twice a day just for feedback and then the agents will lie and say they escalated it for the administrator to call me who never calls me back
Good day, Can someone please explain to why am I being charged for my new WiFi that I took out of r269.00 I took out a new WiFi and it got delivered on the 2nd of September. My WiFi has never worked since yet I must still pay the fee. I have called in over 30 times from the 2nd up until now and no one helping me I have gone to 4 different MTN Outlets and they all tell me they can’t help I need to call In Can someone please help with this as I was patient with everyone and still my WiFi is off honestly I’m paying for it why is it off ??? I am not going back to another store I need assistance urgently Or cancel the WiFi n I’ll take it somewhere else

I am so sick and tired of Uber charging more than the amounts requested and double debiting my account. They promise refunds yet no refunds are ever done. All I want it my money back as you guys never did the refund but no one can assist as to why you double debit or change prices
