I am a seller on Makro, and dealing with Value Express Korea has been one of the most frustrating business experiences of my life. I had a shipment booked for collection on 4 February. Today is 13 February and the parcel is STILL sitting with me. Since the booking date, I have: • Called repeatedly • Followed up every second day • Been given the same scripted excuses over and over Each time I’m told: • “We are experiencing a backlog” • “Operations has escalated this” • “It will be collected today” And every single time — nothing happens. No pickup. No proactive communication. No accountability. As a business owner, this is unacceptable. My customers are delayed, my reputation is affected, and I’m the one left looking unprofessional — all because Value Express cannot do the one job a courier exists to do: collect parcels. What makes this worse is that other couriers perform significantly better. Even alternative services I’ve used manage next-day collections without drama. With Value Express, it’s just empty promises and endless call-centre apologies. I genuinely do not understand why Makro partners with this courier, because the service level reflects extremely poorly on sellers who are forced to rely on them. If you value your business, your time, or your sanity — avoid Value Express at all costs.
Disgusting Service – Order Cancelled Without Consent I placed an order online with this company and was shocked at the level of incompetence and rudeness I received from an employee named Pumzile Selemela. Firstly, she kept trying to call me while I was on a conference call, so I was unavailable. Instead of following up professionally, she went ahead and cancelled my order without my permission. When I finally managed to get through to her, I asked why my order was cancelled, and her response was careless. She simply told me to “just place another order” – without even checking whether I would still be able to do so or not. To make matters worse, she then hung up the phone on me. This kind of treatment shows no care for customers and no accountability. I do not take it lightly being treated with such incompetence, disrespect, and rudeness. I expect better service when I spend my money. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and I will be reconsidering whether to ever deal with this business again.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received from ADT Security. Despite being a reliable paying customer, I've experienced two incidents where my premises were ****** and valuable machinery was ******. On both occasions, the panic button was pressed, but the response time was unacceptably long (10-15 minutes). By the time your team arrived, the ******* had already left. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that one of your officers had been disparaging my business to the police, which undermined the seriousness of our case. I expect a higher level of service, especially given my consistent payment history. I will be suing for damages, including but not limited to, the value of the ****** machinery, loss of business, and reputational damage.
Disgusting service from a girl named pretty who was working at money market on the 1st of August at checkers Craighall .No customer service whatsoever. Such a bad representation of the business
Payments from 6th of June still not paid out. This card machine and service is the worst. Pathetic
Worst service from dhl South Africa for a shipment coming abroad, shipment took close to 2 weeks fine then I was told to pay R4085 only to find out I was overcharged and was supposed to pay R1600 I’ve been emailing them now for a resolution and refund since they acknowledged their fault but still no reply. Pathetic
Vodapay card machine is the worst you could do for your business, no proper app to track payments, when you call consultatants they have no idea of the product. You’ll wait a week for these people to process funds and obviously a business needs funds to function. Best advice as a small business never use them
I have been a loyal client of fnb short term insurance for a while now and have never missed one payment. On the 15th of march I claimed for damages that affected the body of my vehicle and everything went well with the process. They then sent me to automajic stridjom which is not a Mercedes Benz approved accessor nor repairer. I went there and was told in plain blank that they do not have the machinery to diagnose a Mercedes Benz and that I need to go to Mercedes Benz and ask for a diagnostic report, not knowing anything I drove with the car there and Mercedes Benz told me that they ask the repairer should have their own machinery to diagnose the car as their reports are for their own records. I was told also that the car is not safe to drive and that I must go to a Mercedes Benz approved company to repair it as auto majic is not approved by them. I then had to go back to fnb to ask them why they are sending my car that I have worked so hard for to an incredible and uncredited repairer by Mercedes, I have been on the phone trying to get a solution asking them to change my repairer so that my car can be diagnosed properly so we know exactly what is the matter before fixing it. Upon waiting for them to change my accessor and repairer I get a rejection letter saying my claim is R2500 which is below my access of R4500. I then asked them how can the same company auto majic that did not have proper machinery to diagnose the car reach false information of saying repairs will cost R2500 ? I have been going back and forth with fnb short term insurance to no solution up to date. Both my cars are insured by these people, I’m a private wealth account holder with serval investments with these people and do not appreciate my intelligence being insulted like this. I later did my own research and went to bb cars which is a repairer that was recommended by Mercedes which was close to me and they did a proper observation and the quote came up to R39k So please make me understand how auto majic came up to R2500? Is it some sort of punishment that I did not want to cut corners with my car by sending it to an unapproved centre??? FNB insurance you are a **** and this will not be taken lightly.
These people are so ***********, consultant named Mpho Mdluli couldn’t care less to help with a parcel and has a stinking attitude, ups you need to check your staff. Do not book parcels with this company
