I got a message my parcel is out for delivery, then I got a message delivery failed. They did not even arrive at my address. This happens with every aramex order. Last time they delivered to a post office on the other side of town, and now they didn't even attempt to deliver. Can you kindly get competent drivers, this is painful. Every single time
They just won't assist with my delivery, no delivery, no one to assist. They sent it to the wrong depot, then they gave it to the wrong driver, then on top of that, the driver tried to deliver it to the wrong house. If I order from my suppliers, I will specifically request not to have Aramex deliver my products.
I have been harrased by dotsure call centre, they keep calling, early in the morning every day on all of our numbers in the household. They will not be getting positive word of mouth from me or my family and I will not be signing up for any of their products. Please respect people when they say "Please don't call again" Such a terrible company
I just want to say that I had an issue with a battery and Chris Davids from Online Sales assisted me and in no time my issue was resolved. I have been an Orms customer for 6 years and it's always been amazing service. Thank you to Chris and the team!
I have been waiting over a week for my delivery. Such poor service from Aramex. They say that they tried to deliver but no one was home, this is false because i work from home. This was once a great company, so sad!
I have a 500/200 fibre line with afrihost. I use the line to make backups to a backup provider. I am a videographer and large files are created at a time 300GB to 600GB. Afrihost has been throttling my fibre line to the point where it cannot upload to the backup service. When I change the internet connection to LTE or Telkom fibre, it works again. I have been an Afrihost customer for a while now, but their service has really degraded. From slow website hosting to fibre throttling and support that cannot/does not want to resolve the issue. I have reported this to them in the past by they push the blame elsewhere. Just be honest, tell me that I am uploading too much so that I know what the limits of my package are. Don't say the fibre is unlimited when it is not. I fulfil my end by paying on time, every month. Please fulfil yours. If they cannot resolve the issue (throttling) this time then maybe our time together was good, at least while it lasted. I guess things have changed at Afrihost over the years. I miss the old Afrihost.
Makro online is the worst, their website shows stock, you order, then they cancel your order and tell you the product is out of stock, then they tell you you will wait 10 days for your refund. First and last time I order from them. Pathetic

They take your money, and it is impossible to get hold of them. They do not reply to emails and do not answer their phones. Makro Online is by far the worst online service I have used.
I enquired with them if a product was in stock before ordering so that I would avoid problems in the future, they told me it was. So with confidence I ordered the product immediately.. Later that day they told me it was out of stock and offered me another product that was double the price, and told me I had to pay in. I declined and asked for a refund, so that I can go somewhere else. Well, this is where they ghosted me. No working phone, no reply to emails, no reply to social media, they have my money and are avoiding me. I have been a customer for many years. Just give me my money and I will be on my way.... come on Geewiz?? Do we have to fight about this????
