****ING PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THE DRIVER, SO CALLED MANAGER AND THE CALL CENTER AGENT. I placed an order at 10:00am. At 10:48am it says driver arrived, Went outside immediately and he wasn't there. The driver decided to wait at the stop sign and not call. I sent my husband to go check if its him, when he got there he says he already cancelled the order. Requested to speak to the manager and he said he doesn't speak to any clients. The manager's name is Themba Mthiyani. The store is from PNP Chuma mall in Diepsloot. The call center agent that told me I cant speak to her manager is Busiswa placed me on hold for 20 minutes. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT AND I WANT TO BE INCLUDED IN EVERYTHING. MY KIDS SHOULDNT EAT FOR 7 DAYS? BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCY?
BURGER KING RIVERSANDS. I used to enjoy coming here when im working from home because its so quite and the food is good. Today the 06 May 2025. I am working and minding my own business. A MAN walks in and orders whatever he orders then takes a video of me and leave. I Do not know this person and two people saw him including on of their stuff members and he kept quite stating he though i know the man. the lady that alert me asked me to be careful because she saw what happened. Now in the world we live in today the store manager who refuses to come speak to me or even have the guts to come face me is sending a BOY called FRANK who think being firm and rude is the way to sort out this matter. he tells me to go open a case and affidavit to come view the footage of someone who took me a video without my permission in their restaurant. i am sitting here as a female who is scared for her life. i cant even leave the restaurant because i dont know where he is standing. I am told i cant veiw the person who is a threat to my life who has pictures and videos of me yet i dont know how they look like. i can easily bump into them on the streets on my way to the police station and i can get assaulted, killed, kidnapped. Burger king clearly doesnt care about the safety of their customers. FRANK who is supposedly another manager told me to call the police and open a case. Now what information am i gonna give our police when i open a case? i did not see anything. i was told of what happened after he left the restaurant. These managers are basically saying i should go out there and present myself to someone who knows me yet i dont know them and wait for them to do whatever they want to do to me . burgerking riversands is in support of GBV and most probably working with the person. #shutdownBurgerkingRIversands.
Do not ever buy anything online from Makro Pathetic. Their agents lie when you call in. I regret buying from you. I purchased two items and yall decided to split my order. I only received 1 ND yet two messages were sent to me to say the second order was delivered same day. Which is not true. I've sent so many emails and made some calls and was told my second order will be delivered. Ots been two weeks now and nothing. No refund. No Goods delivered. I want my money back.
Pathetic service from Truworths call center. yesterday my husband and i called the help line to ask about the debit order that we had set on his account which didnt go of and he was getting messages from Truworths reminding him of the debit. got to a girl called Fumeka who gave me nasty attitude, shouted at me because my Husband was still driving and couldnt be on the phone. i requested to speak to the manager and she gave me attitude and said the manager is busy. then placed me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up. called again and came through to Siphesihle who also hung up on us when they were doing a security check. WHO THE **** IS GONNA HELP US IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE WE GET FROM YOUR STAFF? something needs to be done to these two and i want prove of the action sent to me. this is not the first time i complain about Truworths, we are closing our accounts. this is pathetic. we have never been behind on any payments both my partner and i and this is the kind of bull**** we get from your call centre stuff?? PATHETIC
Applied for a loan online and chose the option to get the cash right away, not the kinda fast option, its been 2 days since ive been waiting, mandate approved and everything submitted. When i call nobody answers until they knock off and you get an automated response that their office hours are 8 to 5pm. this was supposed to be an emergency.

THIS IS PURE BULL. YOUR AGENTS ON WHATSAPP ARE SICKENING, ALL THEY DO IS END CHAT AFTER A MINUTE IF YOU NOT RESPONDING.. ESPECIALLY LUNGILE. FIX YOUR SERVICE. REFUBD ME MY MONEY AND STOP TELLING ME ITS ESCALATED. HOW DO YOU SAY THERE WAS AN ERROR WITH THE DELIVERY ADDRESS WHEN THE ADDRESS IS THE ONE I ALWAYS USED?? A STORE ADDRESS FOR THAT MATTER ?
