The worst useless site for a consumer. Tried so many times with absolutely no feedback
My experience with this company has been so disappointing. The owner comes across as being all about women empowerment yet she thinks nothing of taking another women’s money and not delivering any goods. Trying to get my money back has been met with lie after lie. Doesn’t even have the courtesy to pick up the phone and speak to me. This has been going on for months already. How a company like this is allowed to continue to operate is beyond me. Constant posts of the work being done yet I cannot get my money back as promised.
Absolutely shocking service. My experience with this company has been a nightmare. The quality of the products I received is extremely poor. They don’t respond to messages or calls. Even opened a case with NCC and still no response.
Terrible service at Makro. Waiting in store for almost 2 hours for Jhb branch to contact another Durban branch. Apparently the whole of Makro cannot contact other branches directly and has to go through the call centre
Worst service ever. You cannot speak to anyone and everytime you send an email, you receive the same generic response but nothing ever gets done. Cannot connect for days, this is beyond frustrating
Absolutely shocking and pathetic service. Over 2 months and claim not resolved, despite numerous calls and emails. All you get told is someone will call you back and no one does.
