Please be careful when dealing with this company
Absolutely shocking service. My experience with this company has been a nightmare. The quality of the products I received is extremely poor. They don’t respond to messages or calls. Even opened a case with NCC and still no response.0 replies

Terrible Service
Terrible service at Makro. Waiting in store for almost 2 hours for Jhb branch to contact another Durban branch. Apparently the whole of Makro cannot contact other branches directly and has to go through the call centre1 reply
