Be very Careful when opting to purchase on credit with these guys , eintlik the Whole JD Group , It’s now 2 weeks Ive been waiting for a response on email, When you go the stores you get told they cannot assist you , you need to call in , Call in and wait on hold for more than an Hour. They quick to help you get finance but scurry away when you need assistance thereafter. USELESS USELESS SERVICE!!!
i have been nothing but patient and nice with these people , I WISH I WAS ABLE TO POST PROOF HERE, We buy cars is useless doesn’t matter which branch which manager , which sales rep you talk to , You’ll be LUCKY to find a diamond in the rough , This place is Terrible and i regret ever doing business with them, Definitely going to take this further, They cause emotional stress, financial stress , and above all , ABOVE ALL , THEY ARE TWO FACED !!! The moment you give your concern number they leave you on hold, until the line cuts , Whenever you want to escalate the managers are in a “meeting” They basically **** with a smile.

Be very Very carefull when dealing with these people Admin staff have a friendly and Help-full nature. They Charged me For Stripping and Cleaning my Engine after we made an agreement on Black and white that no work shall be done on my car prior to contacting my insurance. I was never informed of any charges related to my vehicle when collecting. Ontop of That They quote Me 25k !!!!!! Of which 10k is labour 2k parts I didn’t ask to be replaced And the Rest for GASKETS !!! Craziness at its best
70% of The time our order is either : Cold food Wrong Food Something missing from the order When Complaining to be assisted is a very big hassle The refund coupon amount received if any Does not Justify the complaint whatsoever Not recommended at all
VERY VERY VERY Poor Customer Serivce. I have opted for a tracker , Agents called me and opened a business profile , f**k knows why ( i cant change to personal without having to pay a “once off” fee of R350 ) Im being charged for a R149 service monthly but not receiving the benifits of it (such as car watch ) on the app Uppon calling the callcentre i keep on getting transferred between departs with each agent telling me a different story Then they have the audacity to ask you to Refer someone to them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY WHATSOVER
